I ordered this item in error and trying to return it...
They are quick at answering emails but giving me the run around. Yes, I'm starting to suspect a major scam. They are playing on people's diseases... in my case issues with kidneys and I guess this is how they get us... I am not impressed 😐. Trying to get a return address and a refund is becoming a workout . They aren't supplying it after 3 attempts!

I wil bel contacting the bank next and reporting them to everyone! Should have known ... I was being e tra careful too... Should have stuck with Amazon as they are reliable!!

Après ma commande, je n'ai reçu aucune confirmation par mail . Donc j'ai refait une commande par deux fois.
J'ai envoyé 6 mails pour annuler deux commandes mais aucune réponse de leur part.
Les trois bouteilles ont été débitées de mon compte bancaire.

AquaFusion. I ordered one bottle but was scammed into buying three. They refused to change order when contacted. Who does that. I was offered a partial refund but I want to return all. Charged $220.00 plus additional amount.

Aquafusion is a scam. I paid $130 for a bottle and it works out to be a cheaper identical bottle which you can purchase from Temu for $15.95. Aquafusion bottle is charged with USB-C and the bottle they sent me is charged with a jack plug.. They sent it to the wrong address and I received it about 3 weeks later. The big thing is that there is nowhere to be found on the bottle or in the instructions the word aquafusion. It does not say how many PPM or the SPE/PEM technology. The bottle came in a blue box that says Hydrogen water cup. They are on Temu for $15.95. So everybody don't purchase any hydrogen bottle from aquafusion as you will surly be ripped off.

I ordered the bottle on July 21 and kept checking the tracking which was always in transit than it arrived in my city on the 8th it was never delivered nor was I even contacted than on the 15th, the delivery company was sending it back to the sender I never even received it and when I contacted the company they said I could keep it and they would give me 75% refund. How do I keep something I never received.

If I could give less than 1 star I would. This company have no intention of honouring their 30 day money back guarantee. Please save yourself a lot of money and heartache by avoiding this company.

The company does not want to improve. They just want your money. The worst customer support ever, defective product (leaks rust), do not honor 30 day guarantee for full refund as claimed and then stop responding when they meet with your dissatisfaction. A big scam! Avoid at all cost!!!

could not return my water bottle! no response

Never received my order...tried contacting the company on many occasions but no response. I can only conclude that this is a scam. Beware anyone ordering from them.

SCAM COMPANY. They aren't contactable, they ignore communication, no updates on orders and denied requests to cancel the order once I'd seen other emails saying they were scammers! The item was delivered WEEKS late and then I returned it straight back to them but NO REFUND GIVEN. Avoid at all costs.

One of my bottles is not working I have sent aqua fusion multiple messages but haven't got any response at all. I am very disappointed as I paid nearly £50 and it has broken within two months. Not a good product at all!!!!!!!

They are not working. Just air bubbles coming out. Also the water bottles started to smell like stinky mud. On top of that the money back guarantee is not existent as they not replying to any of my five emails. It's a scam!!!!

Borderline scam. They use deceptive advertising practices that claim that their device "hydrogen water bottle":
1. Unlocks Unlimited Energy
2. Increases Happiness Levels, Reduces Stress Levels
3. Shreds Body Fat Effortlessly With Enhanced Metabolism

Water already contains hydrogen. There is no way to push more hydrogen into it. It's basics physics.
