Honestly so grateful the store has opened in Sydney! Worth the visit

The Ark always have quality clothing and a flattering cut.
Staff are always helpful and have a good knowledge of their products.

I like that The Ark have some Australian Made clothing as I prefer to support local. The clothes are very practical and good quality. I have consistently experienced very good Customer Service not only in-store but also whenever I have sent Customer Support Queries. The Warehouse Staff are also very helpful.

I have always loved The Ark clothing and shopping instore is a lovely experience with helpful & friendly staff.
I bought a fabulous red dress this Christmas and everyone commented how beautiful it looked. And amazing that it was made in Australia. We should support businesses who support our local manufacturing.

Great experience when shopping with the Ark. Stores are lovely with warm and engaging customer service. Love their basics and travel collections. They have such great quality.

These clothes used to be fabulous - great fabric, designs, consistent sizing, long-lasting, well-priced. Now - customer service is non-existent, sizes are only approximate, fabric is cheaper and designs are lacking. After returning a skirt 3 weeks ago, no contact. Emails aren't answered, phone calls go to voicemail. It looks like I'll have to contact Fair Trading to get my refund and will spread the word about this unfortunate company.
