Expeditious MEA certification

Sulaiman Ali took ownership of the issue while patiently answering all my questions from the get-go. This is at a time when we were rudderless as three companies we approached gave us absolutely no hope. He reassured us that MEA certification was feasible even though my husband’s documents were dated. Sulaiman promised us the process would take 6-8 business days but he delivered results ahead of schedule. I have absolutely no hesitation in recommending Brilliance as well as that of Sulaiman Ali as he delivers results and not empty words.

Not a good reputable company

Not a good reputable company. I was originally told we would have an Oman police clearance certificate within a month. I paid upfront and now they are not responding or providing updates. It’s been over 90 days. A total scam from what my experience has been. No communication, no results and money and time wasted with this company. Be warned.

I had a great service with brilliance…

I had a great service with brilliance international. Aysha ma'am is the best. She took full responsibility and take care of everything. You absolutely can rely on brilliance. The only issue I had is with the price otherwise the rest is superb! Thank you Brilliance! Thank you Aysha ma'am for such a nice service

Damaged my certificates, Delay in delivery, Very bad service

This agency is absolutely the worst. I strongly advise against trusting them with your documents. There is a complete lack of coordination between their branches, and they charge you exorbitantly. I submitted documents for attestation at the Kerala branch and requested delivery at the Dubai branch, but I had to go through an endless process of begging both branches just to get the documents delivered in Dubai. On top of that, they asked for an additional delivery charge that wasn’t included in the original package.

After waiting an extra week to receive my certificates, I discovered that one of them had been damaged during the process. Given the amount of money I paid, I expected better service, but now I’m at risk of having my certificate rejected by the ministry. This experience has been a nightmare. Never trust this agency with your important documents.
