Ben was fantastic, great estate agent
We had been trying to move on and off for over a year. We went with Ben and he sold our house within weeks. Really good experience, and he followed the whole process through until the end. Highly recommended!

Excellent Service
Initially I felt daunted by the process particularly as it involved the sale of my childhood home. However, Bailee was empathetic, helpful, reassuring and kept me up to date with where we were in the process. It was easy to communicate with him, always professional but very approachable and amenable. I would not hesitate in recommending him and The Avenue.

Ben and team from The Avenue have been everything they promised to be. From the first meeting to completion we felt our house sale was in safe hands. Always responsive to any queries however daft or minor! Their approach is slightly different to most other agents and we would absolutely recommend them.

Both Emma and Helen have been fantastic…
Both Emma and Helen have been fantastic throughout our journey to sell our home. With the knowledge and hard work of them both it wouldn’t have happened so quickly. Highly professional, fantastic communication and always ready to offer a solution to any issues that may arise. No matter what time of the day it was they would always respond to messages which is not something you get with high street agents. Highly recommended them to anyone.

Great Teamwork
Emma, Helen and Steph worked well together to finally sell my property!
Unfortunately there were some setbacks and fall throughs, which was no fault of The Avenue. However, they kept persevering to find the best buyer and at long last we got to completion. Thank you team!

From day 1 very proffessional and when Emma said I will sell your house I believed in her. All staff approachable and able to contact outside office hours was a godsend Feedback was excellent Ella brilliant with viewings and very honest.

I've used a few letting agents in my time and Sam at The Avenue is right up there with the most professional I've dealt with, he provides regular progress updates and has found good tenants for two of my properties in the last 3 months.

I recently bought my new home through the Avenue in Sutton Coldfield and i couldn’t be happier with the service I received from the whole team.
They were supportive professional and incredibly helpful.
Emma ,Helen and Steph were all amazing.
They kept me updated at every stage of the process answered all my questions and promptly.
They put me at ease each time I felt stressed as buying a house it one of the most stressful times.
I recommend them and definitely would use again if needed

Excellent service and attention
We were very happy with the service and the attention we had from Sam. He managed to turn the tenant checks around quickly so our property was rented out as soon as it became vacant.
I would definitely use Avenue again.
