Good $$ value. Info sent to prepare for the delivery was good, but included a directive to electronically sign a form and return. Did that with great frustration, only to be told it was not necessary... pictures of hot tub should include a clear Pic of where power cord comes out and where to find the drain hose.

I do apologize for the paperwork provided by the manufacturer (I would prefer to remove it, but it is not my choice).
I don't have your name in my system, so I am thinking it may have been purchased under another name; however, the owner's manual has a few diagrams and photos depending on the model:

My hot tub purchase experience was fantastic
My hot tub purchase experience was great. They kept me updated on the status of my hot tub and when I could expect it to be delivered. The hot tub was delivered on the exact date they promised. The delivery driver was kind enough to deliver the hot tub to the back of my house and even placed it on my back porch where we wanted it installed. The hot tub has been great. I would highly recommend buying a hot tub from Aqualife Outlet.

I suspect you mean to a manual created model by model, instead of all models in one manual; since the function of each model is relatively the same, the manufacturer tries to make it as simple as possible (though I understand not wanting to filter through unnecessary data!).

I was able to order the correct replacement filters for my spa over the phone and shipped to my door after many failed attempts at visiting the local spa/pool stores in my area.
