First of all, I LOVE the variety of options they have in their online store. I ordered a couple new toys, and they came so fast! Unfortunately one toy ended up not working shortly after receiving it. But, I reached out and they assisted me quickly through email and with confirmation of the issue they got me a replacement order within 24 hours of contacting them about the problem. 10/10, and will 100% be recommending this site and returning for my own future purchases!

Great customer service from Sarah! All my emails were always promptly answered, and when my product failed a few months into my purchase, Sarah was quick to arrange for a replacement to be sent to me!

My package was delivered to the wrong address and I was able to receive a new shipment (sent by a different postal carrier) and i was able to receive it quickly.

Commande non reçue depuis Octobre 2025. Le SAV s'est rendu disponible mais n'a pas proposer de solutions, c'est la responsabilité de transporteur ( qui lui même se retourne vers le fournisseur). J'ai pour seul preuve un bon de commande en chinois... En attendant j'ai environ 70€ gaspillé... Donc non, je ne recommande pas cette plateforme chinoise.

I had an issue with one of the products after roughly two months of receiving it. I emailed customer service about it, they were extremely helpful and fast with their reply and they ended up sending me a replacement because of the quality issue. Really good customer service, their products altogether are amazing, definitely ordering again in the future.
