Absolutely fantastic company
Absolutely fantastic company, great friendly service. My grandparents picked and ordered a sofa and 2 chairs on a Wednesday and it arrived on Thursday, old sofa was removed, there aren’t many places that you can have next day delivery on a sofa!
Fast delivery, very helpful staff, lots to choose from in the show room

Always check The Bay Furniture Company stores first
Went in today after seeing the choices they had online, saw the sofa and chair I wanted at a very good price, bought sofa and chair and they even could deliver it same day for me which was amazing no waiting around for delivery or 12weeks for it to come, if it is in the store they can deliver. Helpful friendly staff and if you are looking for anything for your home check The Bay Furniture Company first they may have it or something nearly the same in stock at a fraction of the price. Highly recommend

Excellent products lovely quality
Excellent products lovely quality, great advice about what was available and certainly great value for money. We purchased a modern sold wooden TV stand along with two chest of drawers and two bedside cabinets.
Two of their team delivered and they were friendly anf professional even moving our old furniture into the garage as we're waiting for buyers to collect. Great that they would have disposed of for a small charge if we had needed. Will definately be buying again from The Bay Furniture Company. Thank you
