Good website with great offers and wide selection of products. Great prices for testers. Fast delivery and nicely packaged. Have recommended the site to friends and have purchased more than once.

I want to share my experience to help others make an informed decision before buying from this company.

I purchased three tester perfumes, but the scents were noticeably different from the same fragrances I have smelled in reputable perfume shops. Because of this, I contacted the company to raise my concern that the products might be faulty or not genuine. Instead of receiving helpful advice or support to resolve the issue, I received a very unpleasant response.

I did not pursue the matter further and eventually gave the perfumes away. However, two months later I received a threatening email from someone at the company, identifying himself as Jack Mathers. The message stated: “Your comments are extremely incorrect, defamatory and liable. If you state anywhere that you believe we are selling counterfeit or fake goods, we will take legal action.”

As a customer, I believe it is my right to raise concerns when a product does not seem right. I am simply sharing my personal experience with their customer service and how my complaint was handled. I encourage anyone considering buying from this company to be aware of how concerns may be responded to.

Awfull awful customer experience. Sent me products in damaged boxes, wouldn’t communicate when returned requested, wouldn’t acknowledge items returned, still have received no refunds.

I received my order of perfumes and one of them had been broken. The perfume had leaked all over the cardboard box. I contacted customer services and sent emails and picture.
The company replied to me straight away and sent me a replacement. I’m extremely happy with the service and products I received.

Went on line to place an order. Ordered several things, mostly hair colours. Went to check out and paid, not thinking it was too expensive considering the amount of items. However, when they sent the email informing me they had received my order, I noticed several sexual lubricants on the order, that I, as a 65 year old woman most certainly never added to my basket! I emailed them immediately and told them I had not put those items in my basket and asked them to cancel them from my order and refund me the over £20 for them.
To cut a long story short, I sent several emails in relation to this, and pointed out that I had been back to the site and put a couple of things in my basket, but several other items appeared in there. This is a very deceptive practice as they hope that people ( like me) don’t notice and just pay. So… despite my emails they then a day later send me an email to say that the 4 disgusting items had been dispatched separately and prior to my main order. I have emailed them to say I will not accept delivery… so waiting to see what happens now. Buyers beware Underhand devious practices? I do want to edit this, to make it clear that I think it is a glitch in their software that has caused this to happen. I did email them at the time to ask their tech person to look into this . I have refused delivery and have had an email ( don’t know if it was from a bot) that said when it is received they will check it out ( despite the fact I have never had it in my possession) and if all is well they will refund me for the items in the package, within 10 days.

Over three weeks since ordering and my parcel has still not arrived. I have contacted the company on numerous occasions asking for an update as the tracking information has not been updated. I have not had a reply from the company other than automated responses. I cannot speak to anyone, as the contact number on the website is never manned and goes straight to voicemail. Needless to say I will not be using The Beauty Store again

The beauty store sent a different product to the one I ordered. I contacted them to ask for a returns label but have received no response from them. VERY VERY POOR CUSTOMER EXPERIENCE. BEWARE!!!!

From ordering to the delivery The Beauty Store is excellent. I will defiantly be recommending to friends and colleagues.

Fantastic customer service!! Especially from a great guy called Jack!! If ever I have any queries, questions or issues Jack always sorts them out! Would highly recommend this site and company!

My order TBS147851 has not arrived. Royal Mail said they had it and would be delivered on the 21st Jan but it wasn’t not. When I tracked it YT220341375GB it said it was still at the Bristol MC but no mention of a new delivery date.

I ordered 3 items on the 14th of January and the order arrived today the 19th of January, unfortunately upon opening the box there was only the Emporio Armani He Eau Toilette spray 100ml tester and the Calvin Klein CK One shock for him Eau de Toilette Spray 100ml tester enclosed.
The Marc Jacobs Dot Eau de Parfum Spray 100ml tester was not sent.

The Beauty store staff member Jack Mather sorted my issue out and I received the missing item within days. Thank you Jack, a credit to your employer. 👏

The items the beauty store sell are fine. I have encountered issues and I found the new autobot reply system frustrating. It took me contacting about 4-5 times. Eventually human replied and all was well. I like the site and would recommend but my only advice is there customer service could do with tightening up and quicker human response. I’m a regular buyer and will continue to use . I hope they get cs issue resolved though.

This is a great way to get high end products at a really good price
