Lovely bed- very sturdy delivered really quickly

I genuinely can’t remember the last time I experienced service like this from The Bedstore.

From the very first enquiry, when I was messaging quite late in the evening and still got a helpful response, I knew these guys were different. They took the time to walk me through the options without any pressure, just honest advice to help me choose the right bed.

The service didn’t stop there either. Delivery was smooth, and the aftercare was just as impressive. I ordered a TV bed and noticed the footboard wasn’t closing properly. Ismail took full ownership straight away, kept me updated throughout, and arranged for someone to come out quickly to fix it.

It actually turned out the issue was down to me having an older TV from 2014. Although it was the right size, the footboard is designed for more modern TVs with slimmer bezels, so it wasn’t quite fitting as it should. Even though this wasn’t a fault on their side, they didn’t hesitate for a second to make sure everything was checked and sorted for me, which I really appreciated.

What stood out the most was how genuine and customer focused they are. The team had travelled all the way from Yorkshire to Birmingham, and yet their only concern was making sure I was completely happy.

Honestly, hats off to all of you. We absolutely love the bed, and the support from start to finish has been faultless.

Finally opted for The Bed Store Ltd and so glad.
My communications with Ismail were fantastic.
Everytime I asked a question I got full answers and guidance.
We wanted the 70 inch headboard and wanted a 50 inch TV.
Ismail recommended the correct base to order and even asked for our TV specifications to ensure the bed would be built correctly.
There was also a quick turnaround from ordering to delivery and building.
We love our bed and would definitely recommend this company.

Right from my first contact with the online chat I couldn’t have asked a more friendly & helpful response. I needed to know the exact sizes of a couple of beds that I’d shortlisted as it had to fit in the gap of our built in wardrobes. The agent was very knowledgeable & gave me exact measurements of each bed. I ordered fabric samples which arrived promptly & when it came to ordering the bed the delivery was within the stated timeframe. I received an email 4 days prior to delivery date, then again the day before giving me a time slot. This actually fell on a Saturday, something you’d usually pay extra for with other companies. On the day I received a call an hour ahead of delivery from the driver. They arrived at 9.30am as stated & was friendly & helpful. We chose to build the bed ourselves as we are very handy & hubby is a tradie. By 10.30am the bed was fully built & I genuinely feel anyone would be able to do the same. It does need 2 people at times for lifting & moving the base as this is heavy even in 2 pieces but that’s to be expected. It’s been up & used for a week now & I’m ver pleased with it. The bed is solid & very well made. I would highly recommend this company to anyone based on my experience

Everything went very smoothly. The bed is gorgeus, the asembly is easy and the quality is great. The order arrived fast and the delivery guy was very helpful as well.

Ordering online experience was great, within an hour I had a phone call to see if my bed could be delivered the next day which was amazing with express delivery. Delivery was easy and the bed was up within 15 mins. Would definitely recommend

I was very cautious about this purchase as I did it from social media and I can say I am really impressed with the service and the product.

I had them fit the bed and take away the old one and they did this very quickly with very little disruption.
