Stole my money

This company are poor. I have an order outstanding placed on 8th January. I ordered due to the fast turn around but I haven’t heard a thing on delivery date. No one answers when you call and no one returns your emails. So currently I have spent 2k on an urgent order and I am waiting waiting waiting to hear if it may or may not turn up. Extremely poor service.

Do not order from them. Company has issues with delivery. We orderd bed without mattressrs on 3rd of January, still no date when they will deliver the beds. They say on the phone that they are changing delivery company, great, but looking at previous reviews, this issue has been there for a while.
If you order a bed, be prepared that there will be delays. Weeks!!
No one picks the phone up!

Excellent quality, order delivered in great packaging, nice clean van at the time stated by tracking.
Nice to find somebody that can do a job right, it seems to be a rare thing now, especially where delivery companies are concerned!

What a TOTAL nightmare of a company...haven't got a clue how to run a business...people on the end of the phone are not interested whatsoever in how to help..I think there's a lot of children answering the phone..DO NOT ORDER ANYTHING FROM THEM...A TOTAL WASTE OF TIME. You will not get your product and a refund took 2 weeks,21 phone calls later eventually got refund.. . STAY AWAY.

UPDATED - shortly after this posting I heard from their new delivery service and bed was delivered within a few days. One of the feet was missing but was sent promptly following contact. Upped the rating but personal communication needs to be better because with generic messages and not being able to get through to customer services coupled with all the other concerned reviews makes you worried you've been scammed.

Ordered a bed over Christmas, some problem with delivery and still waiting. Just get an email saying they're clearing the backlog no indication of when that will be. Can't get through on the phone. Not impressed and trying for a refund.

The bed supermarket provided a delivery date which very clearly became clear was weeks earlier than delivery would actually take place. I cancelled the order and was promised a refund. A month and numerous emails later still no refund or explanation

I ordered a bed on 3rd January on their 7 days delivery for oversea visitors we have arriving 30th January. First they blamed bad weather, they then stopped accepting emails and phone calls - you get an answer machine stating they apologise for a delay.
Do not touch with a barge pole - my big issue is that if you are spending a lot of money and the company cut off all contact that is poor customer service and does not ease worries

Wonderful, well made, top design quality beds. Simple as that. Delivered to your door. Admin staff have been very helpful with a small delivery issue, thanks to Ashley and the team. Much appreciated. Highly recommend.

Ease in ordering and selecting the beds and mattresses

If I could give 0 stars I would. Do NOT order from this company. They delivered a side-lift single divan over 2 wks ago. The lid won't stay down as the wrong pistons were fitted. After initially responding to emails and phone calls, it's now impossible to reach them by phone and emails aren't answered. I can only assume that the company is in trouble. Which doesn't solve my problem. Absolute disgrace.

Awful service. Lie about when to expect your order, blaming bad weather or a change in courier (Looking at previous reviews this is stuff they say all the time). Told me my order was actually with the courier days ago, and would arrive when needed (which was already late) which is a lie confirmed by the courier. This was ordered weeks ago and has not arrived. They don't respond to emails. Phone lines are turned off so you cant call. Also have another business called Nationwide Contract Beds (see Companies House). Based on this, it looks like they are going out of buisness and you will lose your money. Do not believe ANYTHING they tell you and DO NOT USE.

Very well designed, stylish bed. Lots of support and sturdy. The mattress is very comfortable and innovative (the zip lock design). It gives a great night’s sleep, I highly recommend, especially if you have a heavy husband on one side.

Ordered in 02.01 said was being delivered 08.01 waited in all day. They said was delayed they never showed. Said we’d receive a new delivery date two weeks later none and they sent an email saying basically don’t email. I’ve sent a dispute via my bank now. Avoid !

NEVER EVER SHOP WITH THIS COMPANY.
I ordered my bed on 6 Dec and still waiting. I have spent hours and hours on hold waiting to speak to someone (over 2 hours yesterday and no one answered) what do I do now?

Update 29Jan - still waiting - no communication and nearly 2 months since I ordered!!

Worst company ive ever had the miss fortune to stumble across. Delivery was 3 weeks and even then only delivered 3 out of 4 items. Over 30 phone calls to get items collected. STILL WAITING ON REFUND. do not use this company. Worst ever!

I am absolutely delighted with my new bed and mattress! So easy to put together and really comfortable. I would highly recommend The Bed Supermarket. Ordering was easy and delivery was quick. On my delivery date the van broke down but the delivery guys still delivered the bed at 8.30pm! A massive thank you to them for still coming and not rearranging the date. Much appreciated.
I have been sleeping on the bed for a while now and it’s really comfortable.

Avoid this company!!!
Ordered a mattress on 5th Jan for 3-5 days delivery. Got a text the next day saying your order will be with you in a few days. STILL WAITING. Spoke to someone twice and both times been told the delivery company will contact me within 48 as it’s been picked up. STILL WAITING. Phoned again this morning and phone was ringing off. Just got through to an automated message saying They will not be answering calls or emails and wait to hear from the delivery company. Wish I had read reviews before placing order. I can’t even speak to anyone to cancel my order!! Absolutely terrible service

Mattress was delivered today 25 days after ordering. I’m happy with the quality and 2 delivery men very polite. Think The bed supermarket could have more communication with the customers

Appalling. I’ve been sleeping on my floor for two weeks. Got told I will receive confirmation of when it will be delivered within 7 days. Of course, 7 days have passed and nothing. Conveniently getting an automated email to say they won’t respond to individual emails and same when I try and phone. If I knew this was going to happen I would have ordered elsewhere. It’s not fun having to sleep on your floor and having no indication as to when your mattress is going to arrive.
