A caring company with a big heart!!
Great customer service experiences are rare these days so it was lovely to be treated well, communicated with promptly and helpfully over my order. I felt cared for and valued.
Many of the products are bespoke memorials and so they are precious purchases. There is a real sense of empathy and understanding that comes with them.

Love hearts frame
We ordered the personalised love hearts wooden frame for a Mother’s Day present. It is lovely, well made and very good value for money. My grandson bought it for his mum snd she loves it. Don’t hesitate to buy.

I ordered the love heart plaque, it is such a beautiful gift. My order arrived within 2 days, the communication I received from the company was brilliant. They were very quick responding and nothing was too much trouble. The gift is high quality and would definitely recommend.
