I was looking for a local custom packaging company in the Spotsylvania, Virginia area and had a great experience. Their pricing was very competitive, and the sales team stayed in touch throughout the process and was very helpful. They also helped with the design at no extra cost, which made everything much easier. Very happy with the custom corrugated shipping boxes and the overall service.
Scammers. Their offices are in Pakistan, not USA. Their website claims that their products are USA made, but it’s from China. Gave me cheap samples from China after I deposited $4k. I told them i want to cancel but they have stopped responding.

We are a Virginia-based registered custom packaging company operating under the legal name TBPB LLC. We have customer support teams in multiple countries, including Pakistan, but all orders are managed under the standards and policies of TBPB LLC.
Your sample boxes were produced according to your approved design, and we revised them twice to meet your requested budget. However, luxury beauty and perfume packaging requires premium materials, high-quality printing, and professional finishing, which naturally comes at a higher production cost.
Although we had already invested time and resources into your samples, we still provided you with a full refund for the entire sample order as a gesture of goodwill.
Love how my soap boxes came out and I appreciate the edits made throughout the process. However, there could be a bit more attention to detail during the process. Several times the changes I caught between versions were spelling errors introduced that didn’t exist in the original proof or missing text that existing in the prior version, which resulted in some process delays. In the end though, we got there and they came out great.
I just received my custom boxes and the final product is beyond my expectations
I highly recommend this business as it offers quality products and best prices in the market
Spam, sounds like a fraud organization.
I saw the response from this organization saying my comments were not fair. The reason they give is they have had not interaction or business dealing with me.
MY POINT EXACTLY!!
If there has been not interaction between us, why do I have emails in my inbox. Why do I have repeated voice mails on my phone. They spam and there is something very wrong with this organization

I am responding to this message because the individual who left the negative review on Trustpilot is not our customer and has not had any positive or negative experience with us. This leaves us puzzled that why he attempted to damage our reputation without any reason. If this person had any negative experience with us, we would be more than happy to see the evidence.
We have many customers who are satisfied with our services. Customer satisfaction is our top priority, and we never disappoint our customers.
We have an outreach team that contacts potential customers who might benefit from our services. We offer them the best deals as part of our business growth efforts.
We greatly respect our customers' opinions. If any customer asks us not to contact them again, we promptly remove them from our calling and emailing lists and ensure they are not contacted in the future.
Again, it is unfair to leave a negative review without any interaction or experience with our services. Please show goodwill and remove this review, as it may negatively impact our business and create a poor impression for future customers which is not acceptable to us.
very good quality and service. Higly recommended
