Had zero communication from Urban…
Had zero communication from Urban Quarry Outlet or delivery company about delivery. I contacted customer services to chase a delivery date and was told they would call me but they didn't. I put a note in the window of my front door just in case they turned up, asking for them to call as was working nearby and would return but had no phone call. I got home to find the paletted order dumped in front of my door. I contacted customer services again and was fobbed off.
Very poor communication. Lack of respect for the paying customer. Rude staff

Stone ordered is excellent and good…
Stone ordered is excellent and good value, pity the transport company broke the pallet unloading and left it in the middle of the road.
Had to hire machine to move it as at work and unable to move it myself.
Out of pocket for £85.00 hire charges
