Useless and unprofessional
Took order for a pair of tyres on website, couple days later I'm informed only one available. I asked for similar replacement, however no reply. Then messaged me items sent via Royal Mail. After few days I rang only to be told the item sent email was automated and nothing was sent.
Terrible communication,

i have phoned 4 times regarding this…
i have phoned 4 times regarding this order only once was the phone answered that call was about delivery time 48hrs stated it took a week, one tyre in my order was faualty as you didnt answer the phone or call me back as i requested i opened a dispute with pay pal. i will try phoning again tomorrow to sort something out but the whole experience has left a bad taste in my mouth and nothing like what is stated in your mission statement.

A bit disappointed
A bit disappointed, I searched Google for Brompton tyres. I purchased the result of the search but it was the incorrect size. Why does Google pull that from biketyreshop? They must have put Brompton in the description inappropriately. Cost me £6 in postage and a lot of co2 wasted.

I paid for next day postage
I paid for next day postage, and received the tyres 3days later. I twice asked for the postage to be refunded, it never was. The Bike Tyre shop have now refunded the postage. I do accept that the Post office was to blame for the delivery issue
