The Bike Tyre Shop Opiniões

The bike tyre shop made an error with my order and sent me the wrong tyres, so I returned the items in line with their company policy. I have been refunded for the tyres however, they have chosen not to refund me for the return cost of the incorrect order. Seems a little mean to me being as though it was their mistake in the first place.

no problems, did what it says on the tin.

Really good selection and easy ordering process to get the size, compound and width you want.

Great service and good product

Very well thought-out website that actually let me understand the numerous choices available for each tyre and be sure I was buying the right one. Worth a couple of extra quid instead of poring over 100 minutely different descriptions and ending up with the wrong thing.

Delivered on time. Recommended

Great online selector tool. Clearly explains all the choices available. And they hold great levels of stock for each option (vs the typical limited range from the big bike online retailers). They also responded very quickly to my technical query. I ended up buying 4 mtb tyres.

delivery and service was good
but i ordered especially from you as you advertised 700c x 35mm Vittoria terrano zero's tyres which were more expensive than 37mm tyres advertised elsewhere but i wanted 35mm - which was also stated on the delivery note.
But actually delivered were 700c x 37mm tyres and as going away in a couple of days it is to late to change or return them.

Great product, fast delivery & value for money

Website was easy to use and the product was exactly as ordered.

Only thing of note was the 5 day delay between placing the order and it being despatched, mostly due to the weekend and a following bank holiday.

Otherwise, it was a good experience. Would make another purchase.

The service was prompt. I received the correct product in the time-frame promised. All good!

Webshop was easy to get information needed and to make purchase. They had exact make, model and size of tire I've wanted. (Which was out of stock in EU shops.) Chosen standard delivery from UK to Croatia (EU) took 11 days. To be honest, that was faster than expected. Custom fee was additional 13 Euros in 2024. I've bought 2 pcs of 700-28C tires.

Fast shipping. Arrived when I need it to and excellent tires.

Great service, price and tyre. Thanks!
