We ordered a free range turkey breast for Christmas. Due to flu we freezed it and have only just got round to eating it. Absolutely gorgeous, best turkey I have ever eaten. Will definitely use again this Christmas

I usually buy from online farms, tried this new one, purchased/ payed for on Thursday for Saturday delivery, was texted on Friday unable to deliver, but they have got my £110, I did text for a refund as they don't deliver next day Sunday, no response.

Fantastic products and service. I wanted to say a huge thank you to Maria and the rest of the team. My son loves all of his and of juice! All the products are just lovely, the spice mixes and sauces - I cannot wait to tuck into the cherry pie tonight!

I previously left a 5 star rating after my first purchase, but…. For my second purchase the meat was so tough that if you could make tyres out of it they would last forever, I ordered the same cut but as with most online butcher’s your first order is good but after that very poor but this was even worse, so bad the meat was inedible

Worst sausages I've ever had, skin's are so tough making them impossible to chew or eat.
Spoilt my usual Sunday morning treat.
Usually get Coop Cumberland sausages, but thought I'd have a change,never again.
The rest of the Black Farmer went in the bin.

tried these sausages from the CoOp. Tasted good, not special but the casings were so tough they were very hard to bite into. Cooked in an air fryer at 180 for 10 mins and eaten in a barm with fruity HP sauce.

Not good. Ver disappointing

I would like to thank the Black farmer even though I ordered my sorrel before Christmas just in time for delivery so I can enjoy my sorrel over the Christmas period with my family because it is a lovely traditional drink to drink at Christmas time from back home in Jamaica. Unfortunately the delivery did not arrive before Christmas I was refunded and I was sent the order out in the New Year. I just like to thank the black farmer for making it up to me and delivering this product to me for the New Year.

I contacted the company regarding my online order. I had ordered diced rabbit and received jointed rabbit, I was quite annoyed at the time and thought the pictures didn't reflect the product. I had written a negative review but as the complaint was handled very quickly with an apology and a refund, I couldn't really complain. It seems they sent out jointed rabbit by mistake and it was just an error on their part!

Tried the sausages - 90% meat and great flavour

Totally disappointed, I ordered 4kg of Ox Liver which arrived intact but unfortunately though it didn't look old or bad in any way, the meat lacked freshness and in fact was sour as hell!!

Definitely won't buy again as I've still got a whole batch to get through...

I placed the above order last week and I have received the wrong tomato sauce…
I have received the tomato and scotch bonnet one instead which was not what I ordered and inappropriate as my family cannot handle spice like that and have had to chuck the whole meal in the bin

It is my first time using the company as I am not familiar with the packaging as I was oblivious to what the tomato sauce would look like.

The oxtail stew with rice and peas which cost £4.80 is prefect for a late lunch meal. Taste is 9/10 but if like pepper you will add a little hot pepper to it. I highly recommend.

I recently visited the Black Farmer Shop in Brixton Village and I have to say it did not disappoint. The bright and very beautifully designed shop is filled with gorgeous produce, meats and other goodies from his own collection. There are also other thoughtfully curated brands and items that blend so well with the rest of the shop. I bought a few goodies and was pleasantly surprised by the freshness and taste and I thought the prices were very fair. I purchased the hard dough bread it was soft fresh and delicious, the frozen oxtail with rice and peas, also very delicious, his own brand crisps and sweet and spicy tomato sauce. Everything I purchased was really delicious. I will be back to buy some other treats.

I just ate a delicious lunch box from the deli counter at White City. Quite pricey, but everything really delicious and filling so it was well worth the money. The male serving staff member was really friendly but unfortunately I’m scoring a 4 instead of 5 because there was a female staff member behind the counter who looked like she didn’t want to be there and who did not actually speak when addressed.

Excellent customer service from Sophia and Beth when my delivery went AWOL and a replacement sent out straight away. Have enjoyed so far, tasty sausages, pies, amazing steaks, ribs and burgers.

Quick delivery , quality produce and the pies 🥧 are sensational , tried several flavours and types and all top notch and make an easy , filling and quick midweek meal .

I bought a package of The Black
Farmer 's Daughter sausages. They were well presented and I cooked them in the air fryer. Excellent, tasty, meaty, well seasoned. I would definitely be buying more for family meals. They tasted so good I am also going to use them for home made pasta dishes and sausage rolls. Well dobe Black Farmer!
