I did 1:1 coaching with Chi in the White Glove Service program.. I wanted to work directly with him to speed up my learning and get me where I wanted to go as fast as possible.. I have spent over 60k on personal development before investing with Chi's company, so I know when I am investing into someone who knows what they are doing and who is going to get me the results I am looking for (I was a multi 6-figure per year salesperson previously). I have been in for 14 months.. 2024 I did 308,000 USD in revenue @ a 35.67% profit margin.. I got my first property in Nov. 2023 2nd property in Jan. 2024 and my third in Sept. 2024.. In 2025 with my personal income and business income, conservatively I will add 9 properties and go to 1.7-1.8M in revenue based on my current property revenue average of 150k revenue per year per property, the one I started in Sept. will do 200k per year in revenue based on market comparable's and current performance.. my first did 152k this year and my 2nd did 100k revenue this year. If you are considering joining Chi, I would of course recommend it, just know that whether its Chi's program or a gym membership you are only going to get out what you put in, if you burn all the bridges in your mind to any other option and you leave no choice for yourself... what do you think will happen? Anyways, that's my review, all the best to you!

I joined the BNB university back in December 20 22 and it’s been nothing but a great experience. This program gave me the ability to retire my wife and in with the life we wanna live with our newborn son.
