Received 4 bottles on time for party. Great Service.

Ordered item didn't come for a week then sent it to the wrong address. Said would give a refund on 8th July. An still waiting for it on the 27th of July. Wouldn't ven give them one star but can't give them less. Definitely wouldn't recommend. Your bad reviews are not as rare as you seem to think I've seen few bad ones. I should of read before I ordered. A few friends have asked about you and I've told them to

What can I say…other than perfect we bought rhubarb and custard gin and it tasted just like the sweets we remember and definitely good value for money and quick delivery would definitely recommend buying from them

I was extremely happy with the personalised gin bottle, it looked fantastic however I wasn’t happy with the gift box as it was slightly crushed in places, 10 out of 10 for the bottle but I would suggest double checking your packaging before wrapping up and posting as I paid extra for a dinted box. Thanks

When my parcel didn’t get delivered the first time I got a courtesy call to say not to worry and that my parcel was safe and would e delivered the next day. Such a great company, friendly staff. Will definitely be ordering again.

First box of gins came damaged sent photo to the Bolton gin company and they replaced it straight away no problem at all

We bought two multi miniature gift sets from my daughter and her friends as a thank you gift for their two college tutors. A great idea as they will get the chance to taste different flavours without committing to a full bottle. We know they will be greatly appreciated! Service was great as always, communication was perfect and we collected them at the shop. Good to see that free delivery is available too. Had I thought to order in time, this would have been handy. Bottle arrived for a present with a water stained personalised label, I emailed to advise Bolton Gin Company and not only did the MD bother to phone me & offer a replacement label immediately he sent me a courtesy sample of their delicious gins.
Great Company, go the extra mile!

Ordered the Reggae Rum was delivered quickly. My son loved it. Have ordered a few times now. Never disappointed.
