Saw a few items that would've been nice to order but noticed they use ai on their product pages. So it's unlikely the products are even real

Never received my order or refund

Scam...after a month and a half of tracking going back and forth from Washington to my home state, the item got returned to sender and no refund, reshipment, or even contact has been made. I reached out multiple times with no response. Stay away.

Cheap shit that doesn't fit or look like the pics and no returns (they say 14 days but the scam is that everything they sell is categorically unreturnable including lingerie, jewelry, harnesses, accessories. This company is a total scam.

Like others here, I placed an order and never received it. Customer service was terrible. They said they were processing a refund, but I never received that either. This is a scam.

I placed an order in time to Receive it by Valentine’s Day. Nothing! I reached out and got no response so I reached out again and got a response several days later. This started 27 days ago and now I have not received any response from them and I have not received my order.

I reached out to this company with a question about a set—first through their website, where I got an automated response saying they’d get back to me soon. After three days with no reply, I sent another email directly to their support address and received another automated response stating they would respond within 24-48 hours. It’s now been four days since the second email, and I still haven’t heard anything. At this point, I don’t expect a response. It’s clear the first email went through, and they just chose not to reply. Overall, really poor customer service.

I ordered over two weeks ago. I’ve never received shipping updates. I have emailed and never heard the response from the company. They did send me a link to review about my item which I haven’t ever received… Horrible customer service do not buy here.
