Bad experience
So I ordered a whisper love heart on the 9th for my wife for valentines with personal greeting on it from me and my sons .. I thought this was a lovely gift .. but on the 14th still nothing arrived , I contacted Customer service asking if my order was dispatched, I got a prompt reply stating my order is lost in transit and offered a refund or replacement ( the moment was gone so a refund was all I could accept) .. I dont feel enough was done at least i thought something like a discount code would be offered or something like a good will gesture .. no plain and simple lost in transit and we can offer a refund or replace .. bad experience for me sadly

I agree after some digging I found out I left part of address out, but item had been returned back to the company and no follow up call, to see if address needed to be updated. I'm not looking for refund. But communication would have been nice.
