Helen, the Brow Director, is absolutely fantastic. She is so welcoming, knowledgeable, and incredibly skilled. She took the time to understand exactly what I wanted, explained every step of the process, and made me feel completely at ease throughout both appointments.

I have been coming to Helen for several years now and have had my eyeliner, eyebrows, and lip blush done. The lip blush is by far my favourite treatment, and I recently returned for my annual top-up.

I receive so many compliments on my lips, and it honestly saves me so much time in the morning. Knowing I don’t need lipstick to look put together is such a luxury because, voilà, I’m already wearing the perfect lip shade, custom-made just for me.

I recently returned to Winchester and visited the eyebrow clinic for some much-needed eyebrow care. From the moment I stepped in, I knew I was in the right place. The clinic exudes professionalism, and the service is simply outstanding.

I had the pleasure of getting an appointment with the owner, Helen, and I can confidently say she is a master at her craft! When I left, I felt like a million dollars. If you're looking for an eyebrow clinic that truly cares and delivers fantastic results, this is the only place you should go! Highly recommend!!

I had a lash lift and tint with Heidi. Who was very gentle, warm, whilst professional. I often have discomfort causing my eyes to water, however for the first time this didn’t happen, and I’ve been lifting my lashes for over 5 years. Lovely lift thank you for making me feel fresh and no lash curling needed now, and because of the nice tint i don’t even need eyeliner

Jess is amazing, apart from making my brows look a million times better, she is always welcoming, knowledgeable and helpful. Would highly recommend

The best experience from initial consultation and review of photos before my treatment to the actual day. Very professional and personable, Helen clearly explained everything throughout the treatment and shared thorough aftercare advice.
