Was searching the net for the best prices and came across Thecaravanshop.co.uk which was almost £40 cheaper than anyone else, thinking this was an error I ordered it. It came two days later and was the genuine article - very, very happy!!
Will always check this place first when looking for equipment.

Two very successful transactions with the Caravan Shop. The second order was for a towball kit and towing mirrors. Put those two items together in a box and there is always a risk of damage when one is quite weighty item and the other is fragile glass. Well no need to worry as the Caravan Shop packaged those items in such a way that there was very little risk of one item damaging the other. Take the attention to detail and care taken with packaging, the prices and speed of delivery and the Caravan Shop have got it spot on in my opinion. We will be using them again, and in fact have already placed our third order.

Cheapest on the water pumps and superfast delivery.Arrived within 24 hours of ordering

ordered a shurflo pump yesterday at ~midday. cheaper than everywhere else, £3 delivery. arrived today first thing. I'm very impressed.

Purchased a Fiamma Table leg kit.

The delivery was excellent and the price competitive.

However, the leg had obviously been open previously and re-sealed. The 4 screws were not in the screw bag as that too was open inside the leg packaging. The leg has a few minor scratches probably from the screws kicking about inside the packaging?

So why not send it back? Good price and load of hassle when after a few weeks under the table of my camper van will have taken quite a few knocks anyway.

Point is the leg was technically "second hand".

Spare Thetford cassette £80, £13 cheaper than the next nearest company (which in its turn was £30 cheaper than the common price).
Ordered 9am, chose cheapest delivery option. Despatched 12.10pm.
Received the next day.
I will definitely use these again.

In September I ordered a nearly £100 item from this company and it was despatched by Parcelforce; I expected to have to wait a couple of days for it.

And a couple of days later a total stranger turned up at my house and said "earlier today I found this on my doorstep, I think it is for you". And there was my perfectly wrapped, perfectly addressed package. It had been left over half a mile away, at the other end of the village, no signature, nothing. It's not as if Parcelforce don't know where we live - I do a great deal of shopping online and at some point every delivery company in the area has been here.

I checked the online tracking and the item had been signed for - but not by me, or by the extremely honest neighbour who had delivered it.

I phoned The Caravan Shop to let them know that they could not necessarily rely on their delivery partner. The chap I spoke to was, obviously, very apologetic but the horse had already left the stable, so to speak, so there was nothing he could do. He did, however, mention that they also used MyHermes on occasions.

So a few weeks later I wanted another item, decided to order from this company and on the 'special instructions' box asked for them to please NOT use Parcelforce.

And you know what, they didn't :-)

MyHermes arrived the next day, item safe in good condition, and I signed for it.

I'll continue to support this little company because they took on board what I told them and did something about it.
