Fantastic from beginning to end
From start to finish and start to finish again... the team at Charterly were terrific.
Communication was great. After months of deliberating, we decided to go with a local service and the staff at Charterly received the news with a gracious response. Well... the company we chose bailed on us 4 days before my daughter's wedding and the team at Charterly didn't miss a beat. They picked up where we left off and found us the best driver (Dolan) with only 3 days to spare. We are forever grateful and will be recommending Charterly to everyone. Thank you for making my daughter's day come true.

We used charterly for round trip…
We used charterly for round trip transportation for concert 1.25 hours each way. Driver was friendly, booking was easy.

Do not use this broker to book any trasport
We did book two buses with driver for a round trip for 100 people on a memorial day weekend in 2026. Just 48 hours before they cancelled our booking stating drivers called out. Then they offered was with a solution with another two buses with driver but price was doubled. Don’t trust this company for any special event, you shall be in serious problem. Their lucense shall be revoked.

We would, however, like to clarify that our team made every reasonable effort to fulfill the service as originally arranged. When an issue arose, we promptly communicated an alternative solution that was intended to ensure your transportation needs were still met and to minimize any disruption to your plans. Unfortunately, the proposed alternative was not suitable for your requirements, and after exhausting the available options, we were unable to proceed with the service.
Throughout the process, our team remained in communication and worked diligently to find a workable resolution. While we regret that the circumstances ultimately led to a cancellation, we want to assure you that we acted in good faith and made every effort to provide a solution and minimize the impact on your plans.
We are a West African LGBTQIA+asylum…
We are a West African LGBTQIA+asylum seekers group from Kitchissippi United church in Ottawa. We went to the Lion Safari and Niagara Falls.
Initially the driver was “crusty” giving a rules lecture to passengers. He was an excellent driver and got us to our destinations on time even when we were late leaving. He was helpful to the organizer when some rules prohibited bus entry, and suggested alternatives. Overall we had a very enjoyable trip. Thankyou
