Poor quality, nothing like advertised. Took 6 weeks to deliver and I'm so unhappy. The dress is ugly and not even the color I ordered. They offer 100% store credit minus $15 shipping fee. The dress will go to goodwill and I don' think I'll chance another one.

If I could give a zero, I would. NOT EVEN CLOSE TO THE DRESS SHOWN on FACEBOOK. Definitely do not have a 30 day guarantee with your money back. There is a restocking fee of 20.00 AND you pay for shipping. Exactly what others say…they offer you to keep the dress (that you would NEVER wear) and off 50% discount on another one. SAVE YOUR MONEY. I’m not throwing more to them.

This company advertised on Facebook these beautiful dresses for middle-aged women. I ordered a dress and it looks nothing like the picture. The pattern is different, the fabric is different and it said to order one size bigger than your normal size and I did and it was too big. It's cheap Chinese crap. It says 30 days guarantee but when you read the refund policy it says you have to pay for shipping and duties to send it back to China at your own risk and then once they receive it you get 50% back. The customer service consists of them putting you off and then offering a 50% off another product that you don't want. So there is no money back guarantee and the products are not at all as pictured or described. I would never buy from this company.

ugh! Wish I would have researched before I ordered. These guys totally suck. Horrible experience. Waiting for partial refund but it was a 5x duel email encounter.

I will never order from this company again. I received my dress and it was too large and did not even come close to what was advertised on their website. It was a cheap Chinese printed dress and not the embroidered flowers and lace that was pictured. This type of dress sells for under $15 on Temu. Also, instead of arriving packaged in a beautiful box as pictured on the website, it was delivered in a cheap plastic bag. Upon inquiry to return, they are making me pay international shipping costs or a 50% refund to use on their site. What a scam! Do not buy from them. Now I am out $60 and can't wear this dress. I will never buy from them again. Buyer beware!

very poor quality cheap polyester..the picture showed a dress with embroidery and lace..a polyester printed dress arrived very cheap material .There is no response from company to return dress ..a scam !!

Just received a dress that did not match the color as advertised. Very cheap material. That was a lot of money and the quality isn't there. Should have looked up reviews before purchasing. I'm not spending more money to return it.

Merchandise ordered was not what I received. Long delivery time, cheap 100% polyester (advertiesed as 100% linen/cotton) summer dresses. Only the pattern was accurate, but dresses are terrible quality and unwearable. Requested a return. Told that return shipping would be expensive. Compromised by accepting a portion of my payment as a refund rather than shipping my order back to CHINA. Not to a sleepy town boutique in North Carolina. Refund has not been forwarded, although they claim they sent it. Ongoing battle to get that rather small, but psychologically important, refund into my account. I will NEVER buy from them again. And a warning to all who do - this is a scam. They should not be allowed to advertise the merchandise they claim to offer. Merchandise is awful, cheap, unwearable. Getting a refund is proving impossible...next step would be a legal attempt, but for the money involved it's not worth it. That is what this company is relying on. Stay away from them.

I wish I had read the reviews before I purchased a dress. Poor quality, not even the length it was supposed to be, nothing on the tag to tell were it was made or how to laundry! I need to check out another place that was supposed to be from Texas... think I got snookered there too.

I should have known better! These clothes will cost more aggravation for me to return than to donate. Forget the cute southern storefront. This is the cheapest polyester. They look like linen on the models. I would not wear these to take out the trash.

Extremely poor quality. Laughable product received; looks like a distorted, fuzzy photograph of the advertised image!!! Terribly overpriced and too embarrassing to give as intended gift! No response to repeated requests! I lost good money…don’t make the same mistake!

DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY. They are not in South Carolina. This is a Chinese SCAM! The dress was not true to size and made of cheap polyester, NOT COTTON. Getting a refund is a joke!

The whole "clarke Family store and story is AI. All their items are cheap polyester. Because they are 'on sale' and appear to be a deal, and the whole family story leads you to believe these are indeed items worth the original price. Here's the catch.
All the items are made and shipped from China . You guess at the size you normally wear but if anything is wrong, the return policy is you pay shipping back to CHINA AND A 20% restocking fee. Basically, they have made it so costly to reject the item, you have just paid for something you cannot wear. The sizes are not true to size, very cheaply made, no labels as to fiber content, so beware. This is not a sweet family in South Carolina with a storefront. It is a company shipping chinese goods.
