Used the cleaning doc a few times now and every time they’ve been fantastic. Great communication, friendly team and will have your garments looking brand new again! Worth it, especially for down jackets which are sensitive and can get damaged easily in the wash, as well as clothes which need some tlc. Would highly recommend.

I can’t say enough good things about the team who cleaned my Canada Goose jacket! My white jacket had seen better days, showing signs of general wear and tear, and I wasn’t sure if it could ever look close to its original state again. But they absolutely went above and beyond to bring it back to life.

A special shoutout to Bobbi—what an absolute legend! I’ll admit, I’m not the easiest customer to please, and I was on his case almost every day for updates. Despite my persistence, Bobbi was patient, professional, and kept me informed throughout the entire process. His customer service was top-notch, and I felt confident my jacket was in the best hands.

Fantastic service start to finish when these guys took on the challenge of my very very neglected and filthy Canada goose. Extremely efficient service, excellent customer service and communication and I am speechless by the final result. Incredible work, could not recommend the team more highly.

The Cleaning Doc's work are amazing. They are efficient and reliable. They always tend to manage your expectations on outset so you are aware of what is possible, but usually, in my experience, surpass those expectations.

I have sent a number tailored and designer coats. My first experience was a blue satin Burberry trench which had been significantly damaged by a high street dry cleaner. The Cleaning Doc were able to bring the material back to an acceptable appearance which meant I was able to wear it again. Following this I sent in a couple of Fendi coats and Chloe trainers. I have never been disappointed.

Shout out to Bobby, who is totally hands on and always willing to help.

From start to finish the cleaning Doc were outstanding, first class customer service with everything thoroughly explained. My son’s cream Canada Goose coat looks brand new! Previously had it cleaned by Canada Goose themselves and was no where near as good as the cleaning Doc, You really do get what you pay for
