I’ve used many dry cleaning companies in the past however these guys are a different class. The service & communication is top tier.

When spending so much on designer clothing nowadays, don’t make the mistake but getting it cleaned by an inexperienced company just to save a few quid. At the end of the day, you get what you pay for & the peace of mind you get with the cleaning Doc is priceless.

I’ve used cleaning doc recently for a designer Indian lengha. I was extremely worried about getting the piece cleaned as it’s very delicate however they cleaned it perfectly and sent me update pictures along the way. I’ve since sent in more items which they have again cleaned perfectly

Amazing service! From the minute I contacted the company, they kept me fully informed of the process of cleaning my item. This totally reassured me it was the right place to take my designer bag for a clean. They kept me fully updated and also sent me pics/videos. Retuned the item in perfect condition! Best place to go for your high end designer items!

Amazing service and really good value for money. I bought a new Givenchy jumper and within two days my friend spilt her cocktail all over it. Amrina was really helpful and knowledgeable about how to get the stain out. Within a few days she’d got the jumper back to brand new condition and it now looks amazing. Will definitely go back in the future to clean more of my designer garms.

The Cleaning Doc somehow managed to fix my palm angels t shirt which I was really surprised with. Had red liquor on it and some puke but they worked their way through it and fixed it. Definitely coming back🤝

Managed to restore my most loved Moncler jacket! Having been sitting in my cupboard for the past year, and worrying about having it cleaned and repaired, little did I know TheCleaningDoc was right at my finger tips.

TheCleaningDoc lifted a heavy drink stain from my cream Moncler, without tarnishing the quality. I was mesmerised!

Having a slight split at the cuff of my jacket, TheCleaningDoc managed to discover this, and repair it for me, off their own back! I was astonished by thier use of initiative.

Over the years I have really struggled in finding a dry cleaner that specialises in luxury clothing, leaving me resorted to giving it to mediocre dry cleaners such as timpsons and Johnson, which I’ve never been satisfied with there service and quality of dry cleaning. I came across the cleaning doc on Instagram and thought it looked very professional and seen they have cleaned such a variety of luxury garments. So I thought I’d drop them a message and take a chance, cause I was really baffled on how they revitalised some coats and cleaned some absolutely filthy items!

From my message I instantly got a response, and the team was very professional and polite and really explained everything to me, as I was abit sceptical about handing over my items to them at first as I’m old fashioned and like to talk face to face.

However, through speaking with them I could tell they knew there stuff and really put me at ease! I send over pics of my items and got a price for it all, which i was more then happy with as it included collection and delivery and arranged a collection date. They then came to collect the items later on in the week when I was free and was extremely polite and informative, what I really appreciated about the whole process was the constant updates I was receiving which left me assured my items are safe and in good hands.

Upon receiving my items, I was left AMAZED, my items came back brand new and I couldn’t believe it, they looked as if they was taken and swapped for a brand new one!!!! Never did I think I could be that happy and shocked over receiving some items after they have been dry cleaned. But I guess there’s a first time for everything.

So I believe it’s safe to say that cleaning doc is not only a professional polite and informative team, but they really do make miracles happen with revitalising clothes to look like they are brand new. Even items I’ve spilled wine on they have somehow worked there magic.

I can’t recommend this business enough in what they do, as I believe they are the best at it BY FAR and since, ditched all other dry cleaners and only use them now.
