At each stage of the work we were well informed about what was involved and what was required. The work was carried out most efficiently and again everything was explained as it progressed.
Involving as it did a number of skilled specialists there was excellent co-ordination between various members of the team - things went very smoothly.

Had a conservatory roof replaced. Not cheap. Workmanship fine but company itself not reputable. After taking the money no assistance from them what so ever. Seeking a retrospective completion certificate (was told at the time there was no issue with supplying all the information necessary for this, including drawings). Cannot even get them to supply the most basic information like what type and quantity of material used for the roof. Nothing. Now having to contact trading standards. Avoid at all costs and seek a reputable company.

The workers on site were hardworking, professional, and did a good job — that much I have no complaints about.

However, our experience was seriously undermined by the project management, which was frankly disappointing and, at times, unprofessional.

On multiple occasions, the finished work simply did not match the architect's drawings or the agreed specifications. This wasn't a one-off oversight — it happened repeatedly, and it left us questioning how closely the project was actually being managed.

When we raised these concerns, instead of a constructive response, we were met with resistance and a reluctance to take ownership of the problems. Rather than the issues being resolved as they should have been, we were left out of pocket, having to pay additional costs for elements that should have already been included in the original scope of work.

Time and again, management said one thing and did another. We were told issues would be addressed, changes would be discussed, and things would be put right — yet none of this materialized. Their word simply couldn't be relied upon, which made it impossible to trust anything we were told as the project progressed.

The architect had explicitly stated that any proposed changes to the plans needed to be discussed with him first. This was ignored. Changes were made without consultation, leaving us to deal with the consequences.

To make matters worse, the drawings clearly specified that the room should be fully plastered. Instead, the walls were only skimmed — a clear shortcut that gave us the strong impression corners were being cut wherever possible to save time or money.

If you're considering this company, be aware: the tradespeople may do good work, but the project management let the whole job down. I would strongly urge you to have your own independent architect involved throughout, to make sure specifications are actually followed and that any changes are properly discussed and agreed — because it's clear you cannot rely on this company's project management to do that for you.

Love our conservatory, however they are very bad at communications. Took 2 weeks off work as I was told job would be maximum 10 days we went into a 3rd week and I was told it's because we gave them a big job. Yes it was but they were certainly happy taking my nearly £25k for it. Wouldn't use them again.

I will say the workmen were fantastic and not 1 single complaint for them

Everything went smoothly from initial contact, through survey, construction and completion. The office staff were pleasant to deal with. I would certainly recommend them to anyone considering a conversion.

Putting the roof on our conservatory was the best decision we ever made. Our living room is north facing and often cold. We now use the conservatory as a full time tv room. With the use of black out blinds it’s the perfect temperature all the time. The communication was brilliant, we knew who to expect and when for all trades. The workers were polite and left the room clean.

Your employees were very professional and did a great job.I would recommend your company to anyone interested in having a roof on their conservatory.
