Had my normal appt today with a different consultant, Katie from glenfield. She was so lovely and communicated alot and just made my treatment so enjoyable, will def request her in future 😊

If you are getting anti wrinkle done at Bayfair I do NOT recommend going to Kirsty. I specifically asked her not to treat a certain area & she completely ignored my request.
I also told her “less Dysport is better” for my required results, but she then tried to up sell me to a more expensive Dysport package which contains more units.
Consequently she injected product into areas where I didn’t want it.
I’ve been getting anti wrinkle done for 13 years & my treatments done last week look revolting at 7 days.
I am extremely disappointed.
Usually I look refreshed & see a great improvement to my appearance after 7 days.
Sarah on the other hand is FANTASTIC!! So I will only go back to Bayfair to see her...

Thank you for taking the time to express your views about your treatment with our Nurse, Kirsty.
We did take the time to look in to this with you at the time of your initial email querying the cost of your treatment, and the Clinic owner has been in direct correspondence with you prior to you leaving this review to discuss your experience with us in more detail.
We came to the conclusion (which was discussed with you via email) that Kirsty had duplicated the same dosage and placement as Sarah provided, therefore we refute the comment that Kirsty has placed in product in areas that you did not ask to be treated.
We explained we would love see you in person to review and rectify this with you, however , we note that unfortunately you refused the offer to come into the Clinic for a physical assessment , to give the Kirsty an opportunity to address and discuss your concerns in person.
We hope you will return to the clinic in the future.

No Privacy! Rude staff member
Visited the Bayfair Clinic today, which was a FIRST TIME treatment for my mother and a staff member knocked and slightly entered the room to let the nurse know the next client had arrived which was completely fine, he was extremely polite and professional but then another completely different staff member didn’t even knock just opened the door rudely, came in and basically hinted to the nurse and PAYING CLIENTS to hurry up and leave.
Her words were “your next clients are waiting” she said it very rudely and then she left the door WIDE OPEN. She didn’t even close the door so my mothers lovely nurse could finishing giving the aftercare advice.
Disgusted in the professionalism of that particular staff member considering the amount of time and money clients spend especially going into these places wanting to better themselves and make themselves more confident and then for a staff member like that to rudely interrupt the treatment, leaving the door WIDE OPEN for the whole world to see.
Where’s the privacy ?
Totally disgusting and actually very disappointed.

Minal was a delight today😍
Minal was a delight today😍. She has done such a great job and my skin feels great. After a mishap the team went out of their way to offer me deal that was initially given to me. Hard working and loving skin technicians at cosmetic clinic❤

My daughter and I have both had laser treatments with Sofia from
Sylvia Park and have been really happy with our results - Sofias service knowledge and care has been exceptional, My niece has also just started laser treatment with Sofia so we have no hesitation in recommending Sofia & the whole Sylvia Park team. Thanks Ingrid & Bella Hibiscus Coast
