So thought I’d come here to tell people Don’t buy off this company
Shocking they are using a well loved UK name to sell their wares
Maybe getting sued by m&S has made them rethink about selling them in an ad for the BEST SELLERS

Never received order No order Confirmation No goods Do not use these and thats not just clicking via a social media link but by going into the website as neither must be legit, scam and how sad and dishonest

Items missing from my order & no response to my emails. It’s now 2 weeks since I ordered. Saw a post begging for orders on instagram but now wish I hadn’t bothered ordering as the service is terrible and the items that I did receive are disappointing too. There’s a hole going through one of the names!

I have never recieved my item and my delivery tracker on Royal mail shows nothing! Do NOT order from this company. I have emailed and messaged them on Instagram and have never had a response!!

Ordered tree decoration and was asked to review product which has never arrived and the Royal Mail tracking number given does not show anything. Wish I had read reviews before ordering.

Ordered for the second time from this company. Both times have been for a personalised dog decoration for our xmas tree. I received mine last week for my little boy who i lost in July. Although it made me emotional i love the fact that each xmas he will have his place on our tree. From order to delivery was very quick. Absolutely amazing products at a very reasonable price. My package came very quickly and was beautifully packaged. I'm sure everyone is going to love their little gifts!

I ordered a couple of wooden Christmas decorations and when one arrived in Australia alas it was broken. I contacted the business and was really delighted to receive a replacement decoration in the mail - no questions asked; excellent service.

J'ai commandé le 30 septembre 2024 4 petits malinois en bois à accrocher au sapin avec gravure. Produits reçus dans une enveloppe à bulle le 8 octobre 2024, de bonne qualité et correspondant à mes attentes !
Je confirme ce qui a été dit précédemment : j'ai également dû régler en supplément des frais de douane que l'on peut payer sur le site de La Poste pour réduire le montant de 13€ à la base. Je n'ai eu à en payer "que" 7 sur internet. Il faut donc avoir bien conscience que les frais d'envoi + les frais de douane peuvent dépasser le montant même de votre commande. Mais si vous êtes prévenus, vous n'aurez pas de surprise, c'est le seul inconvénient si on ne réside pas au Royaume-Uni, je suis contente malgré tout de mes petites décorations.

Always used this company and the items are really lovely however don't pay for express delivery apparently it's from date of dispatch not date or order, like everywhere else! I wouldn't have paid the extra if I had known this. According to the admin, its clear when you order however unless pointed out I wouldn't have paid much attention, didn't really get much sympathy from the lady on the other end

Had two orders , one excellent & delivered on time .
The second ordered as a BOGOF offer from their website , took too long to arrive , really poor quality wood & workmanship , cheaply packaged in a paper envelope , no box this time and low quality ties . Returns policy doesn’t allow refunds for personalised products so stuck with these , complete waste of money and time . Certainly won’t be using this company again , others beware !
