Great certification course in the field of customer experience! I can only recommend it. The lessons are very well written, not too long or short. There are several study materials for each module, so I also appreciate the expanded options and education. The CX Diploma is a brilliant course as it provides structured learning and in-depth insight into the world of customer experience. With engaging videos, relevant practical examples it is the perfect course for anyone looking to build their knowledge quickly and easily apply it in the workplace.
I found the team at the CX Academy so welcoming and knowledgeable. I have experienced both undertaking courses in CX Certificate and Diploma and also in putting several of my team through the courses at the CX Academy which are a must for anyone in the customer care or customer experience areas.
I found the Diploma course fantastic, the ability to fit the learning around my work and life was a real bonus. The course content is impressive and more in depth than I was expecting. The fact I have been in the CX world for quite a while but still learned a lot is testament to the quality of this learning. Would highly recommend.
