Customer support has been very helpful and supportive.
Part of my order was out of stock, but the company offered a free of charge substitute (of a bigger value), they also communicated everything upfront and were very responsive. Would recommend doing business with them 10/10.

Such Great Service
Such great service! A "hiccough" with the delivery company was sorted out by thedesignlover, a huge thank you. When the item arrived it was beautifully packaged: a bow and a handwritten card. Perfect for a gift. I highly recommend thedesignlover for the choice of products and the after sales service. I will definitely be using thedesignlover again.

Super pleasent experience and polite seller
Great authentic store with aesthetic tastes for designs.
Very pleased with the purchase of Serax Knife Set. Edwin was polite and helpful with delivery terms (around 15 days in Europe). Though the product have an issue with 2 of 4 weak magnets but definitely will return to buy more aesthetic items.
