The customer service is incredible. I received my proof in a few days and a concern that I had with a pixelated picture was addressed promptly--well, by them. I was traveling and unresponsive to emails. But the Dice Guys team patiently waited and gave me a few reminders to get my new photo to them. I loved how on top of it they were.
