These sprays only work for a couple of days this was no different . Didn’t smell as unpleasant as some but doesn’t work but is 1 of the better ones

Fantastic product
Fantastic product, I’ve used for all of my dogs and it’s the only thing that has worked!
I ordered one this week and when it arrived it was damaged, I emailed Daniel who responded quickly even though it’s a Sunday, they are sending me a replacement. Absolutely fantastic customer service, thank you

No way to rectify incorrect delivery address
I have updated my original review in light of the quick response from Dog Doctors to my email rectifying the delivery address.
Thank you for your excellent customer care.
My original review;
I had a made an order. There was no option to select a delivery address that was different from the card address ( unlike Amazon ). There seems to be no way to rectify or change the delivery address. In order to track your order it requires you to download another App ( 3rd party ) that requires registering with more of your personal data.

Product did not work at all .
Product did not work for my dog but I know it has worked perfectly for many other dogs but sadly not my little chewer.
But because it was not effective for our dog. We have been offered a full Refund
I still believe that this would still be 100% for many other dogs.

Hi there, thanks for taking the time to leave your review. Due to Fresh Breath being full of so many different natural ingredients to combat dental hygiene in dogs, for some dog's it is not their favourite treat! Try masking in other food, or alternatively crumble over their yummy food!

Very good product and prompt delivery
Our order was delivered only a couple of days after ordering and the herbal flea treatment did an excellent job on our two dogs and smells good too.

Urine stopper.It does just what it says…
Urine stopper.It does just what it says on the bottle. My little pee pot was unstoppable but now he's definitely going outside 99% of the time for pee time. The 1% is down to me forgetting to spray where he goes regularly.

Quick delivery
Quick delivery. Anti chew spray has helped, more on the soft furniture than wood but still has helped. As another review said when you spray it you do need to make sure non of it touches your hands and air the room as you can taste the bitterness. It doesn't take long to go.
We haven't really needed the urine stopper but it has a lovely ginger smell so have used it on our mats.

They do not honour full refunds
Bought some very expensive coprophagia chews that did not work. They purport to give full refunds but was not reimbursed for the original £3.99 P&P with my initial order and had to further cough up another £3.69 to return a product that didn't work which they dont refund either! Utterly appalling customer service. Very misleading with their Machiavellian manoeuvres. Don't bother buying from them unless you are prepared to be completely ripped for products that do not work as you will not not receive a full refund as promised.

As per our returns policy we do not pay for postage costs on returns. Many companies are unable to do so.

The anti scoot anal glands tablets have…
The anti scoot anal glands tablets have been brilliant for both my pug and pugalier. Since using this product we’ve not had to have a single trip to the vets to have their glands expressed. So although they may appear expensive it’s actually saved me so much money as I was having a trip to the vets every 6 weeks! And the dogs are relieved they don’t have to keep going as the procedure to express is not pleasant for them. I’m so glad I found this product. I would definitely recommend but make sure you give correct dose for the size of your dog.
