Refused to cancel order even though it hadn’t been shipped yet
Ordered a pair of slides, less than $50. I contacted their customer service 3 hours after placing the order to request to cancel as I ordered the wrong size. I could see that the order was still awaiting fulfillment.
Customer service advised that I could not cancel due to system limitations.
All other places I have ordered from have been quite happy to cancel an order if it hasn’t been shipped yet.
I won’t be using Dom again. I’ll stick with the sites I know and trust.

We completely understand how frustrating it can be when you want to make a quick change but are unable to. Once an order is confirmed, it enters a fast-moving, automated picking process, which means we’re not able to step in manually without risking delays to the broader system.
That said, your order was shipped within two days and delivered on 11 July as expected. If the size isn't right, we’d be more than happy to help you with a return. Please don’t hesitate to reach out — we’re here to make things right.

Second to none customer service
I needed to return my order as it did not fit. Let me tell you, their customer service is amazing. I spoke to Jocelyn and she went above and beyond to help me obtain a refund from the seller store. She helped me through all the steps and even kept track of it. I highly recommend.
