Doet zich voor als een Nederlands bedrijf maar komt uit China. Ik heb het retour gestuurd en toen kreeg ik een mail dat retourneren niet toegestaan was omdat het artikel in de “aanbieding” was. Geld nooit terug ontvangen: oplichters!

No return policy! Cheap quality.....

Ordered from thedrop and returned the goods purchased, 2 pair of shorts, 98.00 in total. Sent the product back to the original boutique shop on my own dime. Emailed Makayla several times before sending product back but never received my refund. Emails to the boutique shop and the Drop explaining the situation did not lead to resolution. Filed a complaint with the Better Business Bureau and they have not responded to that complaint.

recieved my order didnt fit . returned and never got a refund 60 dollars gone ! i talked to Mckayla which is a liar said the refund system was down for two weeks and then still no refund . even sent me a bogus invoice and still no refund ! they are terrible do not order !

They never answer their customer service phone number, they are not official retailers for the brands they market nor do they keep these products they promoted in stock they just drop ship from friends shops and brands they are in contact with. The owner lives in Las Vegas but nobody in Las Vegas knows of this brand or person, there are talk of another The Drop in Las Vegas but they are not connected with each other

Best selection of new brands I ever seen. Mckayla in customer service gave some great advice on how a brand fit that I liked but didn't know. Ima keep checkin for new drops. Yes sir!

Thedrop.com sold me low quality product which was expensive and it didn't even last a week. They did not honor the warranty, exchange or refund policy.

I was a little hesitant to order after seeing the reviews but decided to give it a shot and it was worth it for for sure. I placed my order and within a couple minutes received an email notification then a few minutes later an email that the order was processed. The next morning I woke up to an email with my tracking code and received my hat in a well packaged box. I was worried they might throw it in a bag but it was packed well to keep the hat shape. Well done TheDrop.com, you will have my business in the future for sure!

Where is my order at I haven’t heard from y’all

Literally ordered my items almost three weeks ago to date. Customer service is near non existent. Emailed and chatted and also called multiple times about three skate boards I ordered. I got one board but still haven’t got my two other ones smh. Got a email saying they are behind so it will be another 7-10 business days. It’s been longer than that. Knew I should’ve went with my gut instance and ordered else where.

I ordered 10 days ago. yet order is still awaiting shipment. I called and no one is ever available. I've messaged them from inside the account and got no answer. I've been requesting a refund and no response. Next step is better business bureau. Not providing product after a sale is theft!

I wish I would've read the reviews first three days ive been waiting for my shirt to be shipped both phone numbers they have posted do not work. One answers to a voicemail the other doesnt work at all. Ive sent emails and left messages. There's a special place in hell for dirt bags like these mfs! BUYER BEWARE.

Absolutely terrible! Ordered a shirt for my son and it’s so big two of him could fit and they won’t exchange because it’s been 15days. It was a CHRISTMAS present , what was I suppose to do order get it, let him try it on, and then give it to him for Christmas

I ordered i size 44 in pants. They sent me a size 28. I sent the pants back and never heard nothing from them at all. Emailed them and got a smart comment. Cheated me out of 41$$ SCAM SCAM SCAM OF A WEBSITE!!!!!!!!

Was a little weary after reading the reviews (did not read the reviews until after placing an order). Took a chance and it was a great experience. Antonio and Tre responded to all my questions right away. Even their instagram page was active and responded to my DM's right away. I even received my order earlier than expected. Product was real and authentic. I also found a new store thanks to thedrop.

I can understand the negative reviews, but you are at the mercy of the companies working with thedrop. If those companies drop the ball and are unresponsive you will suffer. I am thankful the company that worked with thedrop on my order was responsive and fast.

Give them a chance.

I have read alot of the reviews / I'm sorry some people have had problems / but myself have ordered like five separate orders for shorts and they fit perfectly I make sure that they have 2% spandex in them or Flex fit as some call them / but as far as the drop is concerned they have been good to deal with / I live in Wisconsin and I get what I ordered within a week at the latest / I didn't read any reviews before I ordered and I will continue to order from them ( rob )

I was hesitant to order from The Drop after reading negative reviews; however, I had a fantastic experience. I ordered discontinued Nikes and received them within a week from a retailer. They are perfect!! Thank you and I will order from you again in the future.

Scam...Ordered a Hoodie and waited weeks. It never came so I emailed this company. The response I got was that their inventory was incorrect and they would be refunding my credit card. Still waiting for my refund and sent emails asking about my refund..Reported to my credit card, getting my money back. BEWARE**

This place is a scam and I hope to find a way to report them. Don’t even think about shopping here. It’s a very cruel way to take advantage. Look at their social media. Some of the post only have one comment because they delete complaints
