This is a review of the customer service department that I have been dealing with recently. I have bought many items from Dua with no complaints to begin with, then the fragrance started smelling off, I had been completely satisfied with the first few, the last ones just smell horrible. That being said I had stopped dealing with them as Oakcha is always on point and bigger bottles. But i decided to give it another shot as they had a sale. Well the website says orders will be dispatched in 3-5 days not including day of order. My order wasn’t even sent to shipping for six days, not really a big deal except when I had reached out to support about it she attempted to gas light me saying all this other stuff and insisting they were within the five day window, and offered no accountability or apology. This was actually my second time dealing with the customer service department, last time was a few years ago when I had a sprayer that wasn’t working properly and was given no solution. The customer service just sucks and they aren’t helpful.. as of today 4-18 I still haven’t received my order made on 4/7 but according to a Dua facebook page this has become common. Very disappointing and I doubt I will ever order from them again there are just too many dupe houses that have bigger bottles and better customer service. MOD and Oakcha have the best customer services and have always helped me out with solutions and have reward programs. Dua should take lessons. I’ll do a review of my fragrance when i finally get it.

Placed order on the 11th April - it's now the 16th and the order still hasn't shipped. Very disappointed.

I don’t usually write reviews like this. I really don’t. I’d rather just move on and forget about it, but this whole situation with The Dua Brand kept dragging longer than it should have.
I was actually looking forward to my order. Like genuinely. I spent my money expecting something at least decent. Not perfect, just… decent. And right out the box, it’s already a problem. The cologne smelled bad. Not “not my taste” bad, I mean something is just off about it. And then the bakhoor came damaged.
So before I can even enjoy anything, I’m already dealing with an issue.
I reach out thinking okay, this should be simple. You contact the company, they fix it, done. That’s how it usually goes.
But instead I get sent to Route.
And this is where it starts to feel off.
Because now I’m going back and forth. Explaining the same thing again. Waiting. Getting responses that don’t really help. Then waiting again. It just kind of loops like that.
Nothing actually gets fixed.
And that’s really the part that sticks with me. Not even just the product at that point. It’s how everything after was handled… or not handled.
Like I said, I didn’t come into this trying to complain. I just wanted it taken care of. Replace the damaged item, fix the issue, something. Anything that shows someone is actually paying attention.
But instead it feels like I’m just being moved around.
Try to look at it from my side for a second. You spend your money, you open your order, and something’s wrong immediately. So you do what you’re supposed to do, you reach out, you give them the chance to fix it.
And then… nothing really happens.
Or not nothing. Just nothing that actually helps. That’s probably a better way to say it.
You just end up repeating yourself, waiting, getting sent somewhere else. It gets old fast. Really fast. Honestly just… yeah.
Because at some point you start thinking… alright, so who’s actually responsible here?
And then it kind of hits you that… maybe nobody is. Or at least it feels that way. Which is worse, honestly.
And yeah, maybe this isn’t everyone’s experience. I get that. But this was mine. And the way it was handled is the reason I’m even sitting here writing this out.
I tried to give it time. I tried to be patient. Actually, I was patient. Probably more than I needed to be.
But nothing changed.
There are too many fragrance companies out there for this to be acceptable. If I’m being real, I wish I had just gone somewhere else. Somewhere like Perfume Parlour or really just anywhere that handles issues directly instead of pushing you off to someone else.
At the end of all this I’m still here with a product I don’t want, a damaged item, and time wasted trying to get it fixed.
That’s really what it comes down to.
I tried to handle it the right way. Or at least I thought I was.
It just didn’t go anywhere.

I like being able to get the extrait edition of an EDT I really love, like Burberry London. Dua offers a great way to experiences excessively expensive or elusive fragrances without breaking the bank.

This time around I bought "scottish Highlands", a clone of a decommissioned cypress fragrance from Chanel. It's great you can get things like this.

Shipping is fairly fast.

This gave me the exact private moment I had when smelling Floraiku.. umbrella for two. It’s delicate, expressive, and a bit romantic. The slightly musky softness is comforting. Soft but not weak.

Never disappointed! One of the best dupes ever.

Bought many times Vanillac Dreams when it become available and everytime the cancel my order ! I tried with 2 credit cards and everytime it goes threw and than they cancel my orders.
Now i have a amount charge on my card by them !

Shipping? Forget about it, Dua brand needs to replace the shipping department because it takes me 14 to 18 days to receive a cologne! Hot damn, is it coming from Tokyo or Australia?

I had been on the fence about this company for over a year. Each time I perused their site, I ultimately decided to purchase from Oakcha, Montagne or Perfume Bar instead.

Always trust your gut.

I finally decided to give them a try when they started duping a fragrance that I owned and wanted to compare. My first order consisted of four fragrances that I already owned the originals. I wasn't able to get their Oud Zarian dupe which was what drew me to them nor was I able to use the exclusive coupon sent by the company to bait me. I was impressed by the quality of all but one. However, I was shocked by how small they were. I was also dissapointed by the very very very long batching time.

I immediately ordered three more fragrances the day I recieved my first order because theor dupe of Oud Zarian was restocked as my first order was batching. They wouldn't let me add it to the first order (likely to bait me into another order).

This second order has truly been a dissapointment. I still don't have it almost three weeks later.

I can say the following:

1) There is literally no customer service. They have grown so quickly that they do not care about losing business.

They rely on the empty seat filled theory. They keep running sales that they are unable to fill within their own established timeline and blame it on the sale. If they lose a customer, they don't care because another will fill their place.

2) You can't trust their tracking numbers. They sometimes send them with one incorrect digit and assign them to packages sometimes more than a week before shipping. Fedex needs to stop allowing this misleading practice.

3) If you have a problem with Dua Fragrances (defective product, never recieved product or misleading shipping time) take it up with your payment method. Your bank or payment platform will fight your battle with you. You can also consult the Federal Trade Commision Internet Fraud division.

I don't like it when businesses take advantage of people just because they think they can.

Great product! I’ve bought so many fragrances now.

I've always loved this brand and the fragrances are really done well and the atomizers are excellent and the prices are great and the concentration of the fragrance is good The only gripe I have is shipping, their shipping is extremely slow that's the only thing that they can desperately work on

I'm getting addicted to Dua. I rather buy a full bottle from Dua to try their inspired fragrances than to get the expensive brand tiny samples. So far it's been worth it and working.

I am extremely disappointed with my recent experience with The Dua Brand.

Over the years, I have spent thousands of dollars on their fragrances and have been a loyal, repeat customer. I have purchased countless bottles and frequently recommended their products to clients, colleagues, and close friends. I genuinely supported this brand and spoke highly of them based on my past experiences.

The issue involves “Dua Cologne 41,” their interpretation of Abercrombie & Fitch’s Cologne 41. I purchased two bottles as Christmas gifts, fully confident in the scent profile I had come to know well. Upon receiving them, it was immediately clear that the fragrance was completely different from previous batches. Cologne 41 is a very distinctive scent, and what I received did not match it in tone, balance, or overall composition.

I contacted customer service and was told the bottles would be analyzed, allegedly even by the CEO. After the review, they were simply sent back to me with no meaningful explanation and no resolution options. I was told they were the same. They were not — and still are not.

I understand that fragrances go through maceration and that oil suppliers can vary slightly between batches. Minor variations are normal. This was not minor. This was a significantly different scent profile.

The lack of accountability and unwillingness to provide a reasonable solution left me extremely disappointed. As someone who has invested substantial money into this brand and personally referred many others to it, this experience has completely changed my perception.

I have decided to stop purchasing from The Dua Brand and will no longer recommend them. Consistency and customer service matter, especially when customers place long-term trust in a company.

I bought perfume for the first time. It smelled nothing like the perfume I buy that was supposed to be a knock off. The perfume has a weird chemical smell. 60 dollars in the trash!! Don’t buy

Wasn't impressed with this brand.. upon first opening, I thought they were super small.But upon first spray, I thought it was going to be great because It was very oily based, and I thought that we had a winner. I sprayed it directly onto my hand it left a puddle of oil and I rubbed it in, you could see the oil shining on my hand But within ten minutes, you couldn't smell nothing .. I bought the heavily loaf of marshmallow for 45 dollars on a sale and Mr snuffles whipped fluffy for 33 .. .. just upon seeing the bottles, I didn't think that it was worth the price for such tiny bottles.BUTTTTTT if the oil would have lasted and projected and had longevity, it would have definitely been worththe buy...But like I said, the scent was gone within ten minutes, and i've already put a dent in them in less than 1 day just trying to keep the smell projecting.. its a big No for me.. unimpressed and unsatisfied customer. Won't b purchasing again. And the smell was just okay.It was nothing that I was blown away by and thought about purchasing more.. the cheaper one actually smelt better than the more expensive one.. I had such high expectations of this brand from all the good reviews ....was a let down for sure.. you can't get a refund or return either.So be wise before you spend big money on little bottles that don't last

Without a doubt DUA has the best inspired fragrances on the market .. I love DUA. I must have around 40-50 bottles of my favorite scents and believe me when I say that they are always 1:1 with the OG except DUAs version smell better and last way longer .. and that’s my 2 cents ….

These fragrances get better and better as they macerate!!!

I love the Dua Brand 😍 💓 💖. There is 1 tiny frustrating thing for me is sometimes how sticky and glitchy the website can be. But it has improved over the past couple of weeks. I'm in love with the Hybrids and Tribrids. Dua gave me a voice and start in Fragrances.

the dua brand smells like nasty chemicals I bought 6 of them because of big sale I got influenced and they were all horrendous/ one was supposed to smell like cookies and vanilla and it smelled like wood and gasoline the brand doesn’t give refunds either if you ever have an issue . I won’t ever buy again my lungs will thank me . The dooops aren’t good
