Really happy with products
I’m still waiting for my order to be delivered. Ordered confirmed on 24/6/20 and that’s the last I’ve heard. Emailed the company this morning regarding delivery status update and haven’t heard back yet.
*3/7/20 - The company was in touch with me within 24 hours of receiving my email and explained the very understandable delay in delivery. I received the order 2 days later. I regret making the initial review, it was unfair to do so before giving them a chance to reply to email inquiring about delivery.
The products I are ordered are great! I'm so happy to be replacing some household items with more eco friendly and biodegradable product. I bought a mens shaving kit as a gift and am really pleased with the quality. I will definitely purchase from them again.

Thanks so much for your recent order. We are incredibly sorry for the delay in despatching your parcel. We have been moving to our new warehouse this last couple of weeks, and unfortunately this has taken much longer than initially anticipated so we are experiencing delays which are out of our control with orders placed during this time. We did have notices up on our site advising customers of the delays, however we deeply apologise if these notices were not clear enough and for not providing further communication in regards to your order.
All outstanding orders have now been processed and your parcel will be with you very soon. And to apologise for this delay and for the inconvenience caused, we have refunded your handling fee.

Don't Know tbh
Well I have no idea if my mother has received her parcel or not yet. But I was very disappointed to have no response to my email re the fact it is/was a gift and not to include billing information. I hope you have followed those instructions, but doubtful since you are still calling me by my mother's name!

Second use of this company and their products. Does work out more expensive but the products are excellent - love the Ocean anti bac. Delivery is really prompt and I really do like trying to do my bit reducing plastic.

Everything arrived very quickly
Everything arrived very quickly, as we had ordered it. I'm just getting started with replacing plastics around the house, but this was a good place to get the basics. Only issue I've had was that the dish that was send to hold the dishwasher soap was too small for the soap bar they sent? (very minor issue, but slightly inconvenient). will probably buy again.

I’ve not had the sponge long
I’ve not had the sponge long, but it seems to be falling apart already. I’ve only used it to wipe sides and kitchen cupboards and it’s beginning to break on the back. I was really hoping it would be more sturdy!
