I completed the leadership academy with The Ethical Coaching Company and all I can say is wow! I would recommend this to anyone, I feel like Kirsty and Tienie have given me all of the tools and practices to improve the way I work as a leader inside and outside the workplace, couldn't thank them enough!

Kirsty was fantastic, the training was high quality, engaging, and genuinely thought-provoking. Kirsty has a great way of pushing you out of your comfort zone while still creating a supportive and encouraging environment.

Having coached within my ‘employed’ role for over 20 years, I’d never had the opportunity and, to be honest, never felt any particular need to seek a coaching accreditation or qualification.

With a shift in the way that I support people over the last few years, primarily that I now run my own Training Consultancy and offer coaching both as a standalone service and as part of my leadership programmes, I felt it was the right time to invest in myself further and seek a greater level of training and development on it myself.

I was introduced to Kirsty Waite by a fellow trainer/facilitator/coach friend of mine and have a great conversation with her, before deciding to go ahead and book onto one of TECC’s coaching cohorts last year.

The experience has been great. I was working with a great group of other ‘learners’, who I found to be incredibly supportive and appropriately challenging. Some of my group were self-employed and others were in employed roles- I think the programme is equally beneficial to both. In addition to our group sessions, we had individual learning to do, practical assignments to complete, coaching supervision sessions and a coaching log to maintain. The processes behind the scenes have been pretty seamless and both Kirsty and Tienie have been wonderful in both supporting and pushing me to achieve greater success.

My coaching has definitely refined and evolved and I couldn't recommend it enough, if you’re ready to take your coaching to the next level.

Invaluable experience
The Go Further programme has been an invaluable experience, we have gained helpful resources and expert advice (Kirsty is a true star) with the consistent support and assistance of the other members also. This collaboration has allowed us to look at things from a multitude of perspectives, discuss valuable ideas, and solve any roadblocks that come our way. On reflection, the programme has given us clarity and transformed our existing approaches, I would highly recommend especially as a small business owner, as it's offered me accountability which I previously struggled with.

Working with Kirsty as an associate has been excellent. She is super professional, has oodles of knowledge and her approach to being a responsible business is a great fit for UMi.
