Thank you for your feedback. We’re sorry to hear the job didn’t start as smoothly as it should have, but we’re very glad our second crew were able to put things right and deliver the standard of work we pride ourselves on. It’s great to hear you’re now happy with the completed job and that everything was left clean and tidy.
We truly appreciate your patience and understanding, and thank you again for giving us the opportunity to rectify the situation.

Glad it’s all over not happy losing money
4x for taking it out pleasant worker’s checked and fitted extra insulation to floor of attic also left everything clean and tidy.
NOT HAPPY: lost £5000 on having it installed and then told it would damage roof if left in.

Thank you for sharing your experience. We’re really pleased to hear that our team were pleasant, carried out the extraction properly, added the extra insulation, and left everything clean and tidy for you.
We also completely understand your frustration about the money lost on the original installation. It’s incredibly disappointing to invest in something only to later be told it could cause damage. Unfortunately, we see this far too often, and we always do our best to help homeowners put things right safely.
If you need any further support or have questions about your insulation going forward, please don’t hesitate to get in touch — we’re here to help.
Kind Regards

Wool insulation removed by The Extraction Group
Following a survey by Damp Detectives, Declan and Matt from The Extraction Group were recommended and visited us in February to quote for extracting wool insulation from our cavity walls - insulation was no longer effective. Explained the process clearly, provided a quote on the day and contract. Work was booked in 2 weeks later, a call before to check all ok with timings. Jason, Jake and William arrived in good time, explained the process again, checked with us while work was being undertaken and then we were able to look, via mobile camera, inside the cavity on all sides of our home to show wool had been removed. All completed in one day. A re-visit is planned for 6 weeks time to provide a check on our property.
