I think All reviews for this falcon people are fake and given by friends and family. They are professional scammers. I strongly do not suggest you to deal with them for POS for saving some bucks. I m sure you will pay a lot later.

Fraudulent!
Fraudulent!! They Scammed me of over $400. Business owners, stay away. I am reaching out to Elevon to ban these guys from selling their POS. They are scamming people. Beware of Muhammed Zain, He is a liar and a thief

They are Frauds!!!! Beware!!!!
Where is my refund??? These guys are liars. They said Elavon was the one charging me and they cannot issue a refund without consent. So I called Elavon and they said Design District was the one charging me and I need to contact Design District. I have been trying to get in touch with Design District for months!!! No one responds when you call. Lo and behold after following up with Muhammed Zain for weeks, I finally found out that Design District is their company. They had the power to refund me the whole time, yet they keep telling me to call Elavon, deceiving me that they are doing their best to get me a refund, meanwhile the power was in their hands the entire time. It’s been 2 weeks, they said the money will come back to me in 4-5 business days, it’s been 2 weeks!!!! Muhammed I want my money back you fraud!!!!! I will keep leaving bad reviews until I get my money back

Mustafa has offered me a wonderful customer experience. He followed up with me for 6 months on a regular basis until I was ready to make the deal and that is what got him the sale. The set up was easy and the system is working well. We had an issue and customer support got back to us right away.
