Hi, your order arrived to us via Clearpay and your address was invalid, we only had your name and postcode. We did try to contact you via phone, but had no response, we made contact with Clearpay and we was advised to cancel the order by them, due to invalid address. Sorry you were not happy with the service, but we would have been unable to ship your order with an incorrect address.
We would ask before leaving a review it is good practise to email the retailer first to try and resolve the issue before leaving a review that’s not really our fault.
Puzzle arrived packaged well
Puzzle arrived packaged well! Hope it will be well received for Christmas. I would order from this seller again and I’d recommend them to others. 😁. Delivery was on time and I’m very happy - no complaints.

Great online small business
Great online small business that I found when searching for a puzzle on google. The item (Kluster) is a Christmas present and was in stock when other companies didn't have it. Delivery was as promised and the game was reasonably priced. I would use them again.

Brilliant Shop
The Family Puzzle Shop are so friendly and helpful. I put an order through as a charity and they straight away gave me a reduction. They also added in free toys for the children we service. Definitely recommend!

I would definitely use this company again
I came across this company when i was looking for a jigsaw/murder mystery style puzzle.
They have a good range to choose from. The email updates were very good. It was packaged nicely and arrived in good time. It's a gift so i haven't opened the box itself.

Awesome sellers...
Not only was there a quick turn around between purchase and receiving the item, they also spotted an issue with the price in that it was too much. They spotted postage was a lot and gift wrap was not included so refunded me. I was impressed they identified this and acted rather than wait for me to notice and ask about.
