I never received my package. Throughout the entirety of waiting for my package, I reached out to customer support several times and only received a response from a real person (not AI) after 5 attempts. I notified said customer service rep that I would like a refund and I have not recieved a response since. Terrible customer service. No refund received. No product received.

Order was filled and shipped promptly! I love the packaging The Feed uses, because I can reuse the bags.

The shipping is absolutely horrible I have been waiting on a package now for 5 days I've made at least a half a dozen calls to the company and they will not pick the phone up finally they texted me and said they're going to send another package and place the one that never got here and then they promised me they would do it through the USPS today and I never even got the label for that so this company is just full of it they're full of lies they take your money and they don't help you out when it comes to shipping do not order from them go back to Amazon Prime

Customer service is great and they have a wide range of quality running products you’ll actually need. I specifically shopped for gels, and they had a large amount of isotonic which was really nice. Overall great shopping experience and will definitely buy more running stuff!

Excellent customer service and selection

It took nearly two weeks for my delivery to arrive. FedEx kept switching the estimated delivery date like it was tossing around a pair of dice. I received no updates and had to keep checking back daily to see what was going on.

I always have a positive experience when ordering from The Feed. My orders process quickly and are shipped in a timely manner. I have never experienced any issues receiving orders or with product. This company is fantastic!
