The feed has always been a great resource for fuel. I love the emails from Matt that give me the low down on new stuff and deals. I always get what I order in a timely way. I am an especially big fan of their trial packs that include different brands of hydration and carb sources.

The feed is freaking anwesome and here is why. I ordered a few things for a race coming up and when the package got to me it was destroyed and missing the things I ordered and what was there was damaged. I sent a message that evening to the feed and by the time I woke up they already sent out a new order to replace everything no questions asked with 2 days shipping! That is some incredible customer service!

The Feed offers a large selection of high-quality performance products, and its service is fine. I would have given a 5-star review except the waffle product I purchased was unexpectedly hard compared to similar products I have purchased elsewhere. At home, I pop them in the microwave for ~10 seconds to soften them up. On the road, I just have to chew harder.

The Feed tried to switch an item on my order that was not available to another flavor only informing me after shipment with the expectation that I pay for the switched in product. I'm glad they informed me, but the original item should have been cancelled or allow me to make a decision before expecting me to pay for the substitution. Once I raised my issue with the process, they were helpful and resolved it effectively.
