When we realised we didn’t have all the parts we needed to complete our project, Matt jumped in his car and personally delivered them to us. A massive effort since we were located 3.25 hours away, at least a 7 hour round trip!

When I tried to order 13mm clear tubing Fish Works informed me they did not stock it because it allows algal growth and instead they stock black tubing. I ordered the black tubing. My old clear tubing (installed by a fountain specialist) needed replacing for that very reason – it had filled up with algae!

I did not actually purchase anything. What i wanted turned out that you no longer stock. However you sales was onto this the next day and called to explain. They were also incredibly helpful choosing another option.

Took way too long to be delivered. Ordered on 27/9 and delivered on 13/10. Maybe you should look at your courier company because this would not be good for your business. Otherwise all good.
