Perfect for hypermobility & POTS

I love my Flytt Freedom Chair because it genuinely works with my hypermobile body and POTS. As someone who spends long hours marking assignments as an academic, the chair lets me work without constantly bracing, perching, or shifting to manage pain, instability, or dizziness. The ability to sit cross‑legged, change positions easily, and keep my feet supported helps prevent joint strain and reduces the cumulative fatigue that comes from holding myself upright in a conventional chair. For POTS, the low, stable base and supported seated positions are a game‑changer: I can keep my legs bent or tucked, avoid prolonged upright sitting, and subtly adjust posture when symptoms flare, without needing to stand up or recline completely. This flexibility helps me manage blood pooling and orthostatic symptoms while staying cognitively engaged with marking.
Most importantly, it allows movement rather than enforcing “good posture” that doesn’t suit a hypermobile body. I can fidget, shift weight, and change alignment intuitively, which reduces pain, muscle guarding, and end‑of‑day exhaustion. This chair helps conserve energy, supports my joints, and makes sustained academic work tolerable.

Delivered to expat in Vietnam

I am an expat living in vietnam and I work online. So a good chair was a must! My Flytt chair makes sitting at my desk all day in online meetings doable - I can move and adjust my body as I need to. And the flytt team were so responsive and helpful in ensuring my chair could be delivered to me here. Highly recommend. When I move home I will be buying another !

Never arrived!

Ordered in January for Feb dispatch, chased in March to confirm, got one email saying it was en route but couldn’t have tracking until it was in the UK, contacted a week later asking for an update, no reply, no more replies ever. Eventually put a claim through PayPal and after 10 days of no response from Flytt got a default refund.

Non responsive customer service

I ordered a Flytt chair back in November 2025. Contacted customer services a couple of months later and was told there is a delay because the material was not good enough quality in the batch and was offered a refund. I asked how long they were expecting for the batch to come in and I would like a refund depending. Never received a response so followed up asking for a refund and was ignored. I commented on Instagram about this situation and received an email the following day saying I will receive a dispatch notification 'very soon'. Followed this up asking exactly when and to give me a refund if it's not by the end of the week and still never heard anything. That was 8th March 2026. I believe this is a scam and they respond to make you feel like it's on the way as a tactic for people not taking the issue further.

It never showed up!

I ordered this product early January, never received tracking numbers etc, it was meant to be delivered on the 19th of February, I started to try and contact the office etc, fast forward, I’m waiting for a refund through PayPal, do not recommend

BUYER BEWARE...DO NOT BUY THIS CHAIR!
THE COMPANY HAVE RECEIVED MY RETURNED DAMAGED CHAIR AND ARE GHOSTING ME WITHOUT ISSUING THE REFUND. I NOW HAVE NO CHAIR AND NO REFUND!!
The chair arrived very late in Jan 2026 in a damaged condition, which I immediately photographed. It had very bad scuff damage (nearly holes) on both edges of the backrest and indentations in the upholstered fabric of the seat.
I contacted the company and was eventually sent a return label. The chair was sent back, arriving in the ecomm warehouse on 6th Feb 2026. Today is 15th March, so at nearly 6 weeks after chair was returned and 3 separate emails, I have still not received a refund. I have been totally ghosted by this company.

Scammed and Ghosted by Company

I ordered the AUD$529 chair expecting it to ship January 19th 2026. As it was very expensive, I followed up on January 23rd after getting nothing beyond the initial order confirmation email. The confirmation page has no information on the shipping status, and I've received no information from the seller.

My email on the 23rd received an automated reply, and that was the only reply I received. I followed up again on February 5th, then again today on the 9th. Each time, I got no reply beyond the automated response.

Edit 09 Feb: In my third email I told them that they could refund me, or I could initiate the refund through PayPal anyway and then report them to the ACCC. Then I commented on every one of their Instagram posts telling them to cancel and refund my order and warning other commenters to stay away from the company. Clearly something I did worked, because I just received a full refund into my PayPal account.
