I ordered a blusher and it came in a week, the blusher is sealed and new and was a good price. The delivery was royal mail but it wasn't possible to track as tracking didn't update until it was delivered, however I would use Fragrance Warehouse again.

Was very happy with perfume that was ordered. Will buy again.

Quick delivery

I ordered a Ted Baker Men’s Skinwear 100ml EDT expecting a genuine retail product, but received tester bottles clearly marked “not for resale.” This was never disclosed in the product description.

After multiple emails, I received no refund or meaningful response. I’ve now had to escalate the issue to my bank to recover my money. Very disappointing experience — I’d strongly advise others to avoid.

Bien evidemment j'ai été débité de mon parfum et des frais de douane (140€) . Et depuis mars aucun retour , aucune réponse , fedex me renvoit sur Perfume Warehouse qui brille par son silence ! Quelle bande d'incapables ....

Do not order from here. Received testers instead of the real item. Returned using prepaid label and RM have not been able to deliver it back to them after 9 days...

Don't waste your money!
I bought a tester . It had mucky fingerprints over the neck and all over bottle.
The perfume isn't genuine and is obviously out of date.

Good price, speedy delivery

Awful customer service. Scammers. Ordered two Victoria secrets body mists. Never received parcels, tracking did not work as possibly given a fake tracking number or one that did not exist. When emailed customer service team they said Royal Mail card was left, when emailed them back saying no card was left then they said they will contact me back and then several emails sent never received any reply or refund.

Excellent service quick delivery sadly not the fragrance i ordered but i like it all the same.

Ordered Chantilly by Dana for my mam for mother's Day, it was one of the 'tester' bottles and all I can say "excellent" fantastic price, in original box and well packed with a fast delivery...will definitely buy from the fragrance warehouse again. Definitely recommend from my experience
