I bought viktor and rolf for £59.99 but 3 days later recieved an email stating I was refunded but no excuse why. My bank is pretty quick dealing with refunds but I am still waiting for the refund and an explanation from the numerous emails I have sent and had neither a response or refund. £59.99 is alot of money for me. I bought the perfume as my daughter passed away recently and this reminded me of her. I have neither perfume or daughter let alone reason or refund. Feel let down.

I ORDERED ELLIE SABB GIRL OF NOW PERFUME FULL SIZE TESTER FROM E BAY AND RECIEVED GIRL OF NOW FOREVER . ABSOLUTELY GUTTED AND CANT BELIEVE WRONG PERFUME WAS SENT . MUST HAVE WRAPPED IT BLINDFOLDED AS CLEARLY SAYS NAME ON BOX . NOT HAPPY

Product arrived.1 week after ordering. Was a tester bottle as stated so no box. Scent smelt perfect. Was a gift and received very well. Over all a good experience.

I was really pleased to find the perfume that my friend loved as no one else stocked it. It also arrived quickly. Very good.

Ordered a 'tester bottle' of a perfume - I understand it was going to have tester label, etc etc. that's not an issue. Bottle was pleasantly full.
Its absolutely not the actual scent that it's supposed to be. I'm not sure if they filled the bottle with something else, or if they've topped up the bottle to make it full but a disappointing waste of £90.

Trying to return a faulty item and they are ignoring all of my emails. Phone number on their website is not a real number and so have no way of getting in contact.

Will be reporting to my bank today if no response.

Would highly recommend avoiding this website.

J’ai commandé, argent prelevé et jamais recu la commande 3 semaines plus tard. J’ai la preuve que J’ai envoyé des mails de relance et autre. Aucune nouvelle. Arnaque !!
