Absolutely LOVE TFW
Absolutely LOVE TFW. I've tried every other "dupe" brands for perfume, and TFW is by fsr the best out of them all, for packaging,service, likeness of original scents and longevity. I've been buying from TFW for well over 2 years now and nothing else compares.

Five minute wonder no staying power
Brought Black, Ould Wood & Ombré initially all smell good but they do not last anywhere near as well as the originals

I had a bundle of 5 delivered
I had a bundle of 5 delivered, 3of which smelled nice and close to the originals but literally lasted 2 to 3 hours. The best i got was around 4-5 hours for 1 of them after spraying 6 times on my skin and clothes. The other 2 didnt smell anything like the originals and still only lasted 2 to 3 hours
Website states they are long lasting
I then asked to return, to be told i had to pay to return the items myself, it then took them 4 week s and a reminder email from me to actually refund me. Terrible experience.

We're sorry to hear that some of the fragrances didn't meet your expectations. Fragrance performance can vary depending on the scent, skin chemistry and individual perception, although we appreciate your feedback.
We did want to clarify the situation regarding your refund, as we feel this part of your review doesn't reflect what happened.
Your refund was issued from our side, but unfortunately PayPal held the transaction in a pending status rather than completing it. We're unsure why this happened, and it was only after you raised a query through PayPal that the payment was processed.
We completely understand how frustrating the delay must have been, but it wasn't a case of us failing to issue your refund or needing a reminder to do so.
We're sorry your overall experience wasn't a positive one, and we appreciate you giving our fragrances a try.

The service is great, the fragrance was great quality, however, it made me feel sick. I realised these types of smells are very far from my personality. But through the samples I am now quite clear of what suits me, and I am very happy with all I ordered from you.

I ordered a Tom Ford fragrance and it smelt like a Christmas cinnamon candle customers sevice is not good they are not interested once you have bought it stay clear from this company you are wasting your money 😡I have just read your reply to my comment you make it seem as though you are paying for the return but beware people they do issue a return label but the deduct it from the refund 😡

We’re sorry to see this review, particularly as our team has been in contact with you several times and has offered multiple options to resolve this.
When you contacted us to say you were unhappy with the fragrance, your return was approved and you were provided with a prepaid Royal Mail return label. You were also offered an exchange for another fragrance.
When you subsequently told us that you believed there may be something wrong with the fragrance itself, we offered to have the bottle inspected by our production team. We explained that if any issue was found, you would receive a full refund with no return fee deducted.
You have since chosen not to return the fragrance, so unfortunately we have not been given the opportunity to inspect the product or process the refund offered.
Regarding the cinnamon note, TV is inspired by Tobacco Vanille, in which cinnamon is a prominent part of the fragrance profile. Fragrance is also very subjective, which is why we offer customers the option to return fragrances they do not enjoy.
We’re therefore disappointed to read that our customer service team was “not interested”, as we have responded throughout, approved your return, provided prepaid return postage and offered both a refund and an exchange.
The option to return the bottle remains available to you within our returns period.

I love exploring new perfumes
I love exploring new perfumes, particularly designer inspirations that don't cost a fortune. After hearing great things about The Fragrance World, I decided to try Boss and Mr Millionaire. Both smell fantastic, last really well throughout the day, and save you a massive amount compared to high-street retail prices. Highly recommended if you want luxury scents on a sensible budget.

I recently placed an order with The Fragrance World and I'm genuinely impressed. I ordered their interpretations of LV Imagination, Ombré Nomade, and Hibiscus Mahajád, and all three have exceeded my expectations.
The fragrances smell fantastic, are well blended, and most importantly, they have excellent longevity. I've tried several inspired-by fragrance companies in the past, but The Fragrance World has been the most impressive so far in terms of both quality and performance.
The Imagination-inspired fragrance is fresh, clean, and uplifting, while Ombré Nomade and Hibiscus Mahajád are rich, luxurious, and long-lasting. I've received compliments on all of them, and they easily compete with fragrances costing significantly more.
Having previously purchased from another fragrance company, I can confidently say I've now switched to The Fragrance World. The quality, value for money, and overall experience have made me a loyal customer.
Highly recommended for anyone looking for high-quality inspired fragrances without paying designer prices.

I ordered 3 perfumes but one was…
I ordered 3 perfumes but one was horrible and unwearable, strong and chemically.It was called Five Forty, I sent it back by royal mail 48hr tracked as recommended. The company still haven't received it so I now have to make a claim with Royal mail. I had to pay postage of £4.45 when the fragrance was clearly bad. The company said they had checked the same fragrance in their stock and nothing wrong with it. I wouldn't recommend buying from them as they were not helpful at all.

We’re sorry to hear that Five Forty wasn’t for you. It’s definitely one of our more divisive fragrances, some customers absolutely love its strong, distinctive scent, while others find it isn’t to their personal taste.
When you contacted us, our team checked bottles from the same batch and couldn’t identify any fault with the fragrance. As the item wasn’t found to be faulty, the return postage would therefore be the customer’s responsibility in line with our returns policy.
Regarding your return, the Royal Mail tracking currently hasn’t confirmed delivery back to us. This doesn’t necessarily mean the parcel is lost – it may still arrive, or Royal Mail may return it to you. We simply need to continue monitoring the tracking and can only process the return once the parcel has been received back.
We’re sorry you feel we’ve been unhelpful, as our team has responded and explained the situation throughout. Unfortunately, we’re unable to confirm receipt or process a return for a parcel that Royal Mail has not yet delivered to us.
