After a little bit of wrangling during a return process, they ended up delivering above and beyond.

It came a little later than expected. But it did arrive sorry for the calls and emails. I just had to be patient. Thanks Fredco

I ordered an outdoor patio table, but the fire table was broken and company sent me the wrong color. I immediately requested a return, but for months I was given the runaround. Eventually, they completely stopped responding to my requests. I was left stuck with the incorrect table, and the issue was never resolved. Very frustrating and disappointing experience. Do not order from them.

I’ve been avoiding Amazon and found the product I wanted for a little higher price at FredCo. I didn’t mind paying more and it was a great choice! Delivery was quick, the end table I ordered was exactly what I needed, and the quality is great. I highly recommended ordering from FredCo

The item I ordered was advertised as in stock and would ship in 2-3 days. I ordered on 1/9 and it’s now 2/2 and I still haven’t received item. Not even sure this is a real website.

We had 4 club chairs delivered ahead of schedule. Communication could have been a little better before the delivery. We never received an email confirmation of our order so I had to contact the company. But we are very happy with our purchase and Fred and Co.

Quick shipping. Packaging was done well, no damage to the furniture which seems all to common these days.
Parts were packaged well and easy to find. Assembly was simple enough, my only suggestion would be to label legs as 'side a' and side b perhaps, rather than my non-engineering brain having to map it out. Otherwise not difficult at all. The bench is beautiful, works perfectly in my mid century bedroom.

Order a month ago and still not even a tracking number, can't get in touch with the company. Chat is always off, nobody gets in touch.

My new bed, tv, blinds, pool table, furniture, but no couch. I have no couch! Sitting on a chair from my new kitchen table. I got all those new things elsewhere and they arrived long before your order. Very disappointing. Just be honest with people and don’t pull this crap.

BUYER BEWARE!!! THIS COMPANY IS NOT LEGIT. THEY SENT ME THE WRONG CHAIRS AND I HAVE TRIED EVERYTHING, EVEN THE OPTIONS THEY OFFERED IN THE WAY OF RETURN, EXCHANGE OR REPLACE, AND THEY HAVE NOT FOLLOWED THROUGH ON ANY OF THEM. THEY DON'T RESPOND FOR A BIT, THEN SAY THEY'RE GOING TO ALLOW ME TO EXCHANGE THE CHAIRS THEY SENT WITH SOME OFFERED ON THEIR WEBSITE. COME TO FIND OUT, THEY DON'T EVEN HAVE (OR HAVE ACCESS TO) THE CHAIRS THEY ADVERTISE ON THEIR WEBSITE. THEY'VE GONE MIA. THIS HAS BEEN GOING ON FOR MONTHS. AT ONE POINT THE GUY SAID, "IF I CAN FIND SOMEONE TO BUY THE CHAIRS WE'LL GIVE YOU A PORTION OF YOUR MONEY BACK". THAT HASN'T HAPPENED EITHER. I CAN THINK OF NOTHING TO SAY OTHER THAN THEY ARE CRIMINALS WHO MANAGE TO GET AWAY WITH SCAMMING FOLKS.

DO NOT ORDER. I ordered a couch and it was a week without order confirmation so I emailed and they called saying they needed me to verify my identity and to send my ID and a bill that had the address that the couch was going to be delivered to. I didn’t think anything of it until they stopped responding and then they canceled my order. Scam and stole my identity

I ordered this room divider on February 4th. It's February 29th and it just got shipped. SMH

FredCo is an outstanding online resource for all things decor-related. A person actually answers the phone & fields questions expertly & honestly. A complicated bed order/delivery was executed perfectly. And the bed arrived 2 weeks early! I cannot say enough about the service provided by this company. Do not hesitate to place an order. FIVE STARS!!!!

I ordered a table on December 26, 2023 it said table in stock ship out in 2 to 3 days. I still have not received my table. Unfortunately it’s now saying delivery is January 26, 2024. The same table was at Amazon for less but Amazon said it would ship until early January. If I had ordered through Amazon I would have had it by now. Just hope when or if I receive it it will be worth the wait. My first time ordering from this company think it will be my last. Will do update regarding product again when or if I receive it. If it’s not her by the 26th I’ll go through PayPal to get my money back.

This company has terrible customer service and an even worse return policy. They hit you up big for a return shipping label which does not cover the costs of a UPS pick up I just learned. So not only do I have to set up the UPS pick up,I'm hit for an additional $21.85. when I questioned customer service I was told they don't make any money off "that". Guess that's what's important to them. I'd never order from a company who has such little regard for their customers like this outfit.

Fresco had the best price for the chairs I bought. The service was good. I called once to check on my order and was able to quickly speak to a person.
