Fast replacement
My last shipment came with a broken jam jar. I emailed the French farm and in two days had a replacement. They also answered back within the hour of my email. Very good products and very good customer service.

A taste of French
French Farm products are one of a kind, I have purchased your beautiful steak knives and this time I got the lollipops and they’re delicious. I ordered the fruit, caramel and milk chocolate, never had a lollipop this awesome, not too sweet, smooth and creamy. The only complaint is the point at the end of this lollipop not child friendly. I definitely want to recommend this product as well as their knives.

The product is ok. I expected better quality though. I thought the materials would be more heavy duty and instead the piece feels flimsy, delicate.

I was so impressed with this website. It is always a bit scary to buy something from a site you haven't been to.
The French Farm had a set of knives that I could not find anywhere else. I desperately wanted them for a dear friends 40th birthday. I had to take a chance on this site and I was not disappointed.
I realized that I put in the wrong shipping address. I contact the company and they redirected the shipment and saved the day. I would definitely recommend purchasing from this website.
